Grateful for teeth - yes! I think after Saturn finishes up in Capricorn we will all be glad for whatever teeth we have left - ack! Love what you say about grateful for the good and the bad - there are great lessons to be learned through messes/pile ups/accumulations. Learning to let go. So eloquent Lynn - thank you! Hope your hubs and you are doing well. xoCatherine Ivinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01642469475264570967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3644717516426101893.post-73884783850378383512018-01-18T19:34:36.831-05:002018-01-18T19:34:36.831-05:00As I go through this house and make peace with thi...As I go through this house and make peace with things, pitch things, sell things, donate things, I am highly aware of how much we are burdened with yet blessed with. I'm trying to practice being grateful for the good and the bad since there are people who don't have what I complain about having to deal with right now. So I get it when you talk about being grateful for uneven teeth! C'mon, some folks would be grateful for just teeth! I listened to a sermon last week where the speaker was talking about this very thing and he suggested that when you take off your slippers at night, push them far under your bed. When you get up in the morning you'll have to get on your knees to dig out those slippers, but while you're down there . . . practice grace, be grateful. lynn boweshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05786375395402917408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3644717516426101893.post-58156996161617765662018-01-18T17:09:51.226-05:002018-01-18T17:09:51.226-05:00Hi Janell- So glad you are doing well and feeling ...Hi Janell- So glad you are doing well and feeling better. I'm not sure how I didn't end up sick because everyone around here was sick, too. Open to fresh perspectives is a good way to think of it. And feeling the gratitude here, too! Wishing you guys a wonderful 2018.

xoxCatherine Ivinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01642469475264570967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3644717516426101893.post-66566892419654355512018-01-18T13:44:16.251-05:002018-01-18T13:44:16.251-05:00Hi Cat.

Got new flooring installed mid December, but it needs to be repaired so that will happen later next week. (hoping it's good timing for things to get set right)

Sick for the first two weeks of the year, but feeling more awake and inspired now.

Definitely looking at things from a fresh perspective and being grateful for what I have, and have done... and how it's lead me to where I am now.

Trying to keep my eyes open and see new ideas, fresh perspectives on things.

Love to you, and hope you and yours are warm, and well.

Thank you always, for your posts.

xoxoDancingMooneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12158390199317580345noreply@blogger.com
