THE BIG PICTURE, because whoa how will I unpack this?! This week's events looks like they could be setting up next month's HUGE CHANGES.
To start with this is a Capricorn to Aquarius handoff.
Capricorn is about authority, hierarchy, institutions, precedents, the underpinnings/structures, stability and the past (what is worth keeping but also what is just traditional and ingrained and needs to be shaken loose) and Aquarius is about networks, the future, groups, collective goals, technology, what is new/changing. Now, planets move from Cappy to Aquarius every year, but NOT in such lockstep and not with Pluto standing at the gates of Aqua-land - they have to get past the Lord of the Underworld!
Pluto is EXPOSURE, power, death/rebirth, IRREVERSIBLE TRANSFORMATION.
Whatever we know after a Pluto transit, well, there is no unknowing it.
This isn't just the chapter about the potential collapse of SOMETHING BIG - it's the story of power moving from the top of the pyramid, not to the bottom of the pyramid, but into the pyramid itself. Likely chaotically. Probably through SHOCK and revelation. With Uranus on Algol we want to hold onto our head because some people will not be.
Leaders who fall now will lose legitimacy as well as position. Institutions can be exposed as HOLLOW. Systems will continue - everything gets past Pluto eventually - but NOW THERE ARE NEW RULES. Tech, collective action, data collection continues to accelerate.
Now the caveat with this "Sun/Pluto leaders can fall" thing is that Sun/Pluto can crown as well as collapse. Pluto doesn't ask if someone or something is worthy. Pluto isn't Saturn - he isn't looking at long-term viability. Pluto asks us if we are powerful and can survive transformation. So, he can strip authority/power - yes.
But he can also CONSOLIDATE IT. Pluto empowers what is willing to be re-made.
The Sun/Pluto is like striking a match in a dark room and we get to see what is hidden and who actually holds the power. Happening with Mercury this will be talked about and involve words and conversations and information.
This week is probably setting up next month's Saturn/Neptune and Aquarius Eclipse (and remember Eclipses are events out-of-time and often work backwards, sometimes exactly one month to the day, so we might see Eclipse events playing out now and if so, events will arrive that cannot be avoided).
Read the whole week at once. We can't expect things to play out in order with so much going on and so much repeating energy.
MONDAY - we start fast and remember we are coming off that powerful New Moon that tells us to keep our INTEGRITY, lean into the new and hold onto the old that is valuable. Mercury trines Uranus, Sun sextiles Neptune, Venus conjuncts Pluto, Sun enters Aquarius. This would be a lot for a week and it is happening in 24 hours and the hits continue!
Mercury in Cappy trining Uranus is about UNEXPECTED NEWS with practical undertones or about nuts-and-bolts kind of practical things. Tangible stuff. Maybe focused on financial/material/security concerns. There could be some kind of clarity here around new vs old. This is not an emotional revelation, it's more like, "this is the math". Something like this. Trines are smooth flow/the brakes are off. Somehow this information is pulling us into the energies ahead/what happens/what we do, say or think next. MARK THIS AS IMPORTANT.
Sun sextile Neptune is 'making the dream real' energy/was part of the New Moon in Cappy story. But these planets are at the very end of their signs, so maybe the fog thins JUST ENOUGH to be able to see the dream that was sold to us vs the reality that's been/being lived. This aspect looks disillusioning to me at that late degree, but it doesn't look harsh because we have the sextile. This is more the energy of someone waking up to a gentle nudge than a blaring alarm clock. Maybe. It's hard to be sure with the Mercury/Uranus at the same time.
Here is where Venus - the first inner planet to get into Aquarius - catches up with powerful Pluto. Venus is about money, relationships, resources, values, women, beauty. With Pluto obsessions surface. The dead won't stay buried. Whatever has been pushed under the rug - especially within relationship intimacy or finances becomes UNAVOIDABLE now. And we have Mercury/Uranus with the unexpected information, so it could be tied into this. We could see relationship endings that were inevitable. Financial POWER PLAYS. We could feel sudden attractions that seem fated and they will be de-stabilizing. There could be a kind of collective disgust with something happening in the world/collective. Vesta is sitting with Pluto doubling up the intensity/feeling that we need to be LOOKING AT THIS.
The Sun enters Aquarius - our attention moves from Cappy authority figures to group goals, networks, friendships, tech and the future. Everything going on feels to me like it is pushing us toward tech.
TUESDAY - SATURN SEXTILES URANUS (and Algol), Mercury sextiles Neptune and enters Aquarius, Mars trines Uranus and sextiles Saturn
Saturn/Uranus is a repeating pattern from 2025. We have talked about it before and maybe most especially HERE. This aspect was big in play when Trump announced the tariffs i.e. Liberation Day (which the Saturn/Uranus sextile told us would NOT be a total disaster/would have some benefits) - nothing more in your face Saturn/Uranus than an old man announcing Liberation Day. So, maybe something about the tariffs is happening now or another kind of liberation day.
This is the ancient and modern rulers of Aquarius (where everything is landing soon) in a creative opportunity aspect. This aspect is good news for all of us and is what I am basing my thinking of - we don't actually have to fight for the new freedoms this time (this doesn't mean there won't be fighting) - we just have to let go of the old world by moving toward something new. I have pissed many people off with my thinking on this. I have a Mercury in Capricorn which makes me a pretty solid thinker BUT Saturn, the ruler of Cappy, is drifting though Pisces now, so I don't know what I don't know either. We can't be sure of much right now.
Saturn/Uranus is about - how do we change/update/move into the future without blowing everything up? In other words, how do we fix this freaking mess that looks totally unfixable. Uranus on Algol adds in things like 'losing our heads', 'hurt people hurting people', algorithms, alcohol, consequences for abuses of power. Add in the fact that Trump has a natal Sun/Uranus/North Node, so kind of IS Uranus, has a natal Algol on his mid-heaven, so transiting Uranus is there, too, and we know he is part of whatever is going on.
It looks like some kind of CONTROLLED COLLAPSE or controlled chaos this week. Maybe this is the removal of something toxic that has to go or some kind of reckoning that has been delayed. I don't know, but it is not a coincidence that we once again have the repeating SATURN/URANUS SEXTILE exactly when we need it. Thank GOD and the Gods.
What else this day? Mercury is sextiling Neptune and then moving into Aquarius. And remember he/she is about to meet the Sun and Pluto - TRUTH COMING OUT. So with this Neptunian aspect beforehand information becomes more symbolic, more intuitive, more imaginative. We are less bound by official narratives and even those pesky little facts. Once Mercury gets into Aquarius, the conversation starts to detach from authority - 'the people' are not asking for permission to speak.
Also, this day - OMG is this only Tuesday?! - Mars is making his own trine to Uranus and sextile to Neptune. Actions are strategic. Effective. Sticky. This looks something like DISCIPLINED REBELLION to me. This has a lot to do with what unfolds later this week.
WEDNESDAY - here is where the Sun meets up with Mercury in Aquarius. This is a LIGHT ON INFORMATION. People start saying out loud what they already knew. There could be some kind of announcement. Happening in Aquarius this comes through groups, tech, maybe data leaks?, the info spreads. It doesn't belong to just one person.
THURSDAY - Mercury in Aquarius meets Pluto. Keep in mind Venus did this on Monday. This is about TRUTH/SECRETS COMING OUT and plans being made in secret/behind closed doors. This could be about tech or through tech. Maybe about groups. Think - whistle blowers and data dumps.
JEFFREY EPSTEIN had a 0-degree Aquarius Sun, so all the inner planets are crossing it this week, and we have transiting Jupiter on his natal North Node and the Cappy New Moon (the lunar cycle playing out) was exactly opposing his natal Mercury. This could be about him/the Epstein files, but there are just too many possibilities to list.
Think - information with consequences. Communications that create permanent change. Words spoken/heard cannot be unsaid/forgotten. Speak your truth, but know what you are talking about, too and that what you are saying matters. There are no verbal 'take-backs' with this energy. Conjunctions start new cycles (and there are multiple this week) but are also endings.
FRIDAY - Mars sextiles Neptune and enters Aquarius, SUN CONJUNCTS PLUTO. With Mars/Neptune our actions are aligning with our vision/imagination/intuition. Then Mars moves into Aquarius, too - where he hasn't been in two years. So now we have ALL THE INNER PLANETS IN AQUARIUS / the sign of the future. Where is the Moon? Let me look. The Moon is in fiery Aries - so answering to Mars!! - and making all sextiles. You know I really need to do a whole other weekly just looking at the Moon. Mars in Aquarius is about action that creates greater freedom, idealistic courage, leadership focused on group goals, starting something sticky. Anger is more ideological than personal. Anger can also be focused on technology.
Then the Sun catches up with Pluto - here is the HEART OF THE WEEK (this doesn't mean it actually happens on Friday because this is in play for a couple days before and after).
This aspect says THE FUTURE IS HAPPENING NOW and something has to die for the future to be born. Think about the caterpillar in the chrysalis.
This is not subtle.
What we have stuffed can come into the light/to our attention. Something can feel like life and death. Solar figures/fathers/bosses can be empowered or disempowered. Leaders can be crowned (if they actually hold power) or FALL (if their power is only a title) - this may not happen immediately, but here is where the downfall or consolidation of power can start to become VISIBLE. Authority is stripped or concentrated. Systems can be exposed as illegitimate. This is Aquarius so can be about collective trauma surfacing/being seen. Secrets that come out can be weaponized. Technology can be empowered/destroyed. Empowering or destructive.
There is a sense of before and after with whatever is happening now and that we can't go back to the way things were before.
SATURDAY - Pallas leaves Aquarius and enters Pisces. The Goddess of strategic intelligence shifts to using her intuition. Maybe this, plus the weekend itself, helps soften any potential Plutonian brutality, BUT this is Pallas, so about wisdom and not saviorism. She is a father's daughter archetype and only as compassionate as supports her strategy.
SUNDAY - the Moon is in Taurus making a gazillion squares to the Aqua planets. Her square to the Aquarius Sun is this month's First Quarter Square - challenge and call to action after last Sunday's BIG New Moon. The Moon is exalted in Taurus and will pull us toward - what is most valuable, our money/resources, what needs to be stabilized. This is the future vs the present actual moment and what we are holding in our hand right now. The Aqua Sun can get detached, and the Taurus Moon pulls him back to the now/what we actually have and need. This is change vs comfort. Note - tomorrow the Moon is Taurus starts making opportunistic aspects with the water sign planets and will feel better.
OK, I wanted to get this up early.
This week's energy is asking us to define something like - who holds the power/who am I becoming AND work with the Saturn/Uranus let go of the old world (while keeping what still matters) and move toward something new and of course all our Aqua houses are pretty much BLOWING UP ...
This is most especially in play for people with planets and points in late degree cardinal signs and early degree fixed signs.
