Now that our Venusian time keeper has been reset, let's look ahead to this week!
MONDAY - Venus trine Chiron
TUESDAY - Sun square Uranus, Juno enters Leo
WEDNESDAY - New Moon in Leo
THURSDAY - Mars trine Uranus
SATURDAY - Sun trine North Node
MONDAY - Venus, retrograde, and fresh off her meeting with the Sun, now trines Chiron - this is a repeating aspect we get again in late September with Venus direct.
Our wounds/vulnerabilities makes us attractive/able to attract what we need (so don't be afraid to let those warts show and freak flags fly) or maybe, with Venus retrograde, something/someone from the past is healing the present.
The Moon will be strong in her home sign of Cancer and squaring Chiron, echoing the chance to heal old wounds now and pulling in access to family/inherited woundings.
Notice how you are TRIGGERED now. We can be reactive and sensitive. Think about the roots of these feelings. Why does this REALLY hurt? The trine (way through) is Venus in Leo - showing love, following our heart, being brave. Know this hurting/healing is part of Venus's story this summer in Leo and here to teach us to better love ourselves.
TUESDAY - the Sun squares Uranus and Juno enters Leo.
Juno, fresh off her opposition with powerful Pluto, joins the Leo party, just in time for the New Moon. Is there life/love here after all? With Juno in Leo we will want our partners to be attentive/appreciative. We want energy and charisma. We want to be crowned queen and have a king by our side (or vice versa). Vavoom will matter. Are we being superficial? Probably! Juno in Leo is also a good time to have SOME FUN WITHIN OUR RELATIONSHIPS. Or better put, we will likely need to do this. Juno will be in Leo through October 16th.
The Sun squaring Uranus provides a JOLT of something unexpected that brings tension/frustration. Uranus is still direct, so this can really be from out of left field. Break-throughs. Breakdowns. Break-ups. Drama. Shocks to the system. Ego hits. Bridges can be burned if we aren't careful and maybe even if we are. Expect the unexpected - with Mars applying to a smooth trine to that same unpredictable Uranus, our best way through this will be Virgoan. Be practical. Discerning. Precise. Put one foot in front of the other. What is our next most grounded move? What can be done? What can be fixed?
WEDNESDAY - BIG New Moon at 23 degrees Leo
The Moon/Sun are squaring Uranus - so this is a new beginning that is likely THRUST upon us through change or disruption. Uranus will station retrograde next week at this same degree, so although we won't get a repeating aspect here, the New Moon beginning will be subject to revisions and re-alignments, slowdowns and potential bumps in the road. This is just kind of re-enforcing all the retrograde and upcoming retrograde energies. One final kick in the ass to get us moving even when we aren't really MOVING.
The Moon in Leo will have squared Jupiter - over-the-top emotions maybe tension/frustration with money and resources, then met up with Venus - what we want and what we need coming together - then the Moon squares Uranus - change, disruption! - then she finally meets the Sun giving us the New Moon - new start.
Her final aspect is that conjunction with the Sun, so we are starting from the end somehow ...
The New Moon is exactly conjunct asteroid Praamzius, the Lithuanian God of Time/inescapable fate. Oh my. Praamzius was discovered on a New Moon in Aquarius, as China ushered in the year of the dragon, with Uranus conjunct the Aries point and multiple planets at 23 degrees including Mercury and Mars. Lots to unpack here.

THURSDAY - Now Mars is trining Uranus.
So we are TAKING NEW OR UNEXPECTED ACTION. With Mars in Virgo this will be practical/solid. New, small steps are needed and will move things forward SMOOTHLY. Unexpected developments now will be easier to handle/can lead to positive improvements and fixes.
On SATURDAY - the Sun is in alignment with the North Node of Fate,
so after the disruptive square of the Sun/Uranus and the New Moon's emotional fresh start AND Mars, as us, taking new action, we are on a BETTER PATH for a more independent, brave, passionate future. Be CONFIDENT. Don't be afraid to stand out/to be loving/to be appreciative/to be loved. With the Sun in fiery Leo, it is important to remain centered in our heart. Also remember although on one level this is all playing out this week, on another level these energies are representations of a bigger/longer story about getting us into a more self-focused and self-directed, independent and courageous future (North Node in Aries).
Any way you cut it, it's an important week.
If something really hits/hurts/sends us spinning with that curveball square this week and I am looking at those with fixed placements near 23 degrees - breathe. If it connects to the shock from last week, or even two weeks ago, when Venus squared Uranus, it will likely be nearer the Venus/Jupiter square on August 22nd that the situation will really get dealt with and and even that is a repeating aspect that pulls us into the middle of September.
It's a long game.
For this week, that Mars in Virgo trine Uranus - practical and precise action as we deal with any potential chaos/unexpected change is our best course.
