Where are we now? Well, we all know don't we, life having worked very hard to wake us up - all those retros from Pisces to Aries!! - and bring all of us to this point of ALIVENESS together.
How do we keep control when the world feels so out of control? This is our dilemma. We don't. Control is the core ingredient in our old way of being. Control is what we are rapidly losing our grip on and for a good reason - keep this in mind.
We can't flow gracefully into the future because our collective karma doesn't line up with a graceful exit.
Our last lunation was a MEGA Full Moon in Sagittarius that squared the Nodes, giving it the power of an Eclipse and landed tightly on Trump's natal Eclipse. The chart was all over his chart and indicated a very DANGEROUS TIME FOR HIM (and a time when he could be dangerous). Also, a time when his PERSONAL FATE WAS PLAYING OUT.
This Moon acting like an Eclipse speaks of FATED collective situations, too.
I think Trump is doing right now what he came here to do - keep in mind, that this blog is nothing more than my eyes looking at these charts. Does this mean he is going to untangle something or make it worse/bring it to a breaking point? We can't know. I know that Full Moon ended with a smooth trine to Mars. BRAKES OFF. The Sag Moon ruled by Jupiter/the King takes the brakes off Mars (who was in fiery Leo two weeks ago) - this speaks of a Martian action that is EFFECTIVE. Unimpeded. The bombs hit their target.
That Moon cycle is almost over (it plays out over six months or longer, but now a New Moon cycle is about to take over/bring greater importance over the next two weeks) and in the middle of this week we get to a NEW MOON CYCLE with the New Moon in Cancer, so with the news all over the place, let's take a look at the New Moon in Cancer.
This Cancer New Moon has MULTIPLE FINGERS OF GOD in the chart. "Finger of God" is a biblical phrase used to explain God's direct intervention in the world. The term is used multiple times in the Bible including the explanation of the writing of the Ten Commandments on the stone tablets, explanation of various plagues, etc. The phrase connects to the delivery of God's laws and judgements.
Astrological Yods are also called "Fingers of God". They happen when two planets form a sextile and are both inconjunct/quincunx a third planet, so they form a narrow triangle. They are RARE. It's even rarer to have two. Even rarer to have two at a New Moon. Even rarer to have two at a New Moon in Cancer - the Moon's sign. And rarer still to have two yods at a New Moon in Cancer tightly conjunct an EXALTED JUPITER.
If we had to appoint one God in astrology to be running the show - it would be Jupiter (King of the Gods, Zeus to the Greeks) who has just come into his sign of exaltation in Cancer. He is the ancient ruler of Pisces, the sign of the North Node of Fate this year and our best path of collective growth and development. Let go. Let God. Have faith.
(last week , although aging in dog years as we are now this feels like a month ago, the United States just had hundreds of thousands of protesters marching in a "No Kings" protest. Many carrying signs that said No Kings. This "No Kings" language comes from the original Thomas Paine protest proclamation of the 1700's as America declared her independence from England that said, "No Kings but God", which you can see is a little quite different, and I think a bit more helpful, astrologically speaking for a Jupiter ruled country - the United States Sag rising chart, but we can certainly all agree with the sentiment).
Donald Trump was born with a Yod, so let's start with that since events are most clearly playing out through him. Trump was born on a Full Moon on June 14, 1946 - the No Kings march was on his 79th birthday and also Flag Day here in the United States. He was born on a Full Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini with the Moon on the midpoint of the Galactic Center (black hole in the center of our Milky Way Galaxy) and the Great Attractor, his Ascendent in royal Leo (degree on the horizon when he took his first breath, his avatar in this lifetime and the way he "dawns" on us) on Royal Star Regulus and his mid-heaven conjunct the infamous star Algol, the dangerous and powerful third eye of Medusa in the constellation Perseus. He was born with a Sun, Uranus, North Node Conjunction. We've talked about all this before. Love him or hate him, he MATTERS. Who/what is this guy?! Trump's Yod involves his Sun/North Node (purpose, destiny in Gemini, the sign of duality, ruled by Mercury), his Venus/Saturn in Cancer (they tightly surround the United States natal Mercury/media/voice, here ruled by the Moon) which is about money, authority, nationalism, security and his MOON in Sagittarius at that important mid-point between the Galactic Center (black hole homing signal at the center of our Milky Way Galaxy) and the Great Attractor (biggest "thing" in our universe with huge gravitational force, spins our past and makes it appear to be our future) and answering to JUPITER.
Trump's Jupiter is at 17 degrees Libra, conjunct his natal Chiron (wounded healer, ancient wound). Libra is the sign of partners/other people/agreements and Trump's Jupiter sits at the mid-point of Netanyahu's sneaky and tight and yearning Neptune/Moon conjunction, the United States powerful Saturn, Iran's deadly/transformative Pluto, Palestine's Venus and the tight midpoint of Israel's natal Neptune/Ascendent (more confusion, deception, very old storylines) and the tight midpoint of the Sun/Mars (a light on danger, war) on October 7, 2023 when Hamas invaded Israel as Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus approached fixed star Algol and Trump's chart (he was probably in the middle of all his legal crap that would wrap up so spectacularly in his favor) was lit up like a Christmas tree. This was also the two-week Moon cycle of a 21-degree Libra Eclipse that would occur exactly one week later (eclipses are time out-of-time portals that work forward AND backward).
The New Moon is happening at 4 degrees and 8 seconds of Cancer at 6:31AM EST on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025.
The Yods are - 1. Moon/Sun/Jupiter (the exalted merger of God, the king and the people) sextiling Mars in Virgo ('fixer' practical Virgo) and with all planets inconjunct Pluto (death, transformation, nuclear) AND 2. Neptune/Saturn (the fading authority who are maybe idealizing war or the outcome of war, lying to themselves and others) sextiling Pluto with all planets inconjunct Mars.
So, the focal points are Pluto and Mars which sounds pretty much exactly like bombs (Mars) hitting Plutonian (Pluto) reactors!
Which is better than a nuclear war ... which it could also be read to be saying. But with a Yod the sextiles are giving the inconjuncts something REAL to work with. There are opportunities here, multiple OPPORTUNITIES.
Jupiter is conjunct EXACTLY asteroids Chaos and Asbolus. So, we have the Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Chaos and Asbolus. I think we get the meaning of CHAOS here. Asbolus was a seer centaur whose warnings to the centaurs not to fight the Lapiths (or to attend the wedding where the fight occurred and many of them died) were ignored. He is also rumored to be the centaur who made the other centaurs aware of the Pholus/Hercules "uncorking of the bottle of wine" that ended with many more centaurs including Asbolus himself dead via Hercules' poisoned arrows. Mars is conjunct EXACTLY asteroid Asclepius. Ascelpius is another seer, but mostly known as a medicine man/healer archetype/doctor. Pluto is conjunct Hybris. Hybris = hubris - this speaks for itself, only people with extreme hubris think they are God/can play God - but of course this only works with people who aren't attuned to the real God/energy. Saturn/Neptune are conjunct Borasisi. The tech dystopia beckoning to us from the dark side - here we are guys, and we have COOKIES. And they do have cookies! What times we are living through guys!!
Part II is next where we dive into the chart and look at Algol AGAIN (the fixed star third eye of Medusa that Uranus is wanting to CHANGE for all of us through current events) - Trump's midheaven, Israel's Sun, Iran's Ascendent, Netanyahu's wife's entire chart (WTH!) that she gives to him via her 7th house and MEDUSA and this hurt (adjective) people hurt (verb) people thing. Instead of arming Israel we need to put our arms around Israel, but how do we do this???

I went to a large elementary school and a couple weeks before school started, we would get a notice in the mail with the name of our new teacher and then we would all call each other to see who we knew in our new class. These calls were made during a long day searching the yellow pages for phone numbers and when I recently told two eleven-year-old boys that such a book used to exist/a book with all the phone numbers of everyone in the county - they gasped out loud, "I wish they still had that", they said. :) Before starting 5th grade, I got my notice as usual, called my friends to see who I would know and was all set. Then a couple days before school started, I got a new notice changing my classroom. I was upset. I now knew no one. I never found out what happened and would have never thought to ask my mother if there was any changing/fixing this - she would have just said, "you'll survive." :)
And she would have been right because my new 5th grade teacher, his name was Mr. Begley, and he looked just like you would imagine a Mr. Begley looking - oldish, tall, skinny, dark suits, glasses always sliding down his nose - loved MYTHOLOGY. And soon I did, too. We spent much of that year reading the Iliad and the Odyssey. One day we talked about Medusa. We had all read the story about the beautiful priestess of Athena who was attacked by Poseidon in the temple. The teacher asked us what Athena was doing when she turned Medusa's long locks into snakes and the kids began shouting out ideas - Athena was jealous of her. Athena was mad at her. Athena intended to hurt Poseidon, but her spell backfired, etc. Mr. Begley looked at me intently and asked, "what do you think Catherine?". Hmm, what did I think? I said something like," well, maybe the snakes are a gift. They are PROTECTIVE. Maybe more than Athena wanted to be beautiful and kind, she needed to be safe. She would never be hurt again." Something like this. In 11-year-old speak, of course. Not understanding the kind of armor we need to build up to 'never be hurt again' - the parts of our humanity we lose. "A gift?!", the kids shouted. They were cracking up. Just then the bell rang, and I never did find out what old Mr. Begley thought about what I thought, but I didn't really care. There was this little voice in my head that I could hear louder than the kids' laughter, "you nailed it", she whispered (Athena conjunct my Moon). Later Athena does help Perseus defeat Medusa when this whole "turn men to stone" stuff gets out of hand ... we need to think on this.
