weekly astrology forecast | october 13th to 19th, 2025 - massive power in what's said and done this week, what's real, what's ideal and what's next, This Week’s Skies Echo the Fragile Promise of Peace at long last

Jumping right in!

This week's energies seem more suited to a look by planet instead of a daily forecast, so let's try that out.

MONDAY - Venus enters Libra and opposes Neptune, Third Quarter Moon (Cancer),

PLUTO STATIONS DIRECT

TUESDAY - Venus trines Uranus and Pluto

FRIDAY - Sun squares Jupiter and opposes Chiron

SATURDAY - Mars trines North Node

SUNDAY - Mercury trines North Node

VENUS comes home to Libra, opposes Neptune, trines Uranus and Pluto forming a Grand Air Trine. Let's unpack this - first, Venus comes home to Libra (YAY!). Other people/our relationships/the need for balance, harmony and beauty is highlighted. Diplomacy and social graces return. We get more flies with sugar, or how does that go, is it honey, I forget! We attract through naturally attractive things. You know the drill. Venus will be in Libra until November 6th. Venus opposes Neptune - oppositions are endings and Venus has just moved off her opposition to 'reality check' Saturn, so there could be some kind of disappointment here. With Neptune retrograde maybe an old love/what we once loved comes to a conclusion or we are questioning it. What do you want now? What is fair now? What is balanced? Venus trines Uranus and Pluto creating a Grand Air Trine. Conversations, information and ideas are creative and FLOWNG. The way something is going is the way it is going. Stay present to where the current is carrying you. Neptune at the base of the Grand Air Trine forms a kite. If we haven't idealized something so much that we now get a disappointment (and if we have or do, allow the disappointment to clear up the fog/get yourself real with this) and if we can stay inspired but also FLEXIBLE - limits can dissolve. Communication, collaboration and curiosity will be the keys to this kingdom/making the most of these energies. Excellent energy to resolve conflicts and work things out for greater balance and harmony.

We talked about Pluto's direct station HERE

SUN squares Jupiter and opposes Chiron. Let's unpack this. The Sun in Libra wants collaboration, beauty, and balance, but that square to Jupiter in Cancer can inflate emotional expectations, maybe especially around safety, family, belonging, or care. Add in the opposition to Chiron, and it’s like the bright, social, “let’s all get along” energy of Libra bumps up against a tender spot about how much of ourselves we give away to maintain harmony. Keep in mind solar oppositions do not necessarily have to mean conflict as much as they do 'awareness'. The square and opposition work together to say - balance doesn’t mean self-erasure. Tension is actually constructive. Jupiter shows what’s been overgrown or in Cancer, over-tended - while Chiron shows where to reclaim ourselves. The Sun in balanced Libra is lighting up both, helping us find the sweet spot between caring for others and honoring our own emotional truth. Look at the Israel/Gaza peace rollout - how is this playing out in your life?

Mercury and Mars in Scorpio trine the North Node in Pisces. One last unpacking. Words (Mercury) and actions (Mars) that are potent, strategic, maybe even a bit hidden, can ultimately clear emotional residue and guide us toward something softer, more soulful, and more connected. This can come through honest talk, a courageous boundary or a quiet decision to release control.

BOTTOM LINE - as Venus returns home to Libra and forms a Grand Air Trine with a retrograde Uranus and freshly direct Pluto, there are themes of diplomacy, restoration, and breakthrough

This is about the art of negotiation and finding beauty in balance and with that trine to Uranus rebuilding trust after rupture. The Air Trine’s smooth flow mirrors conversations and contracts that open doors - agreements that, after long stagnation, begin to move things forward again.

Nothing about this is simple. The Sun’s square to Jupiter and opposition to Chiron reveal the tender underside of reconciliation. A light on deep wounds (and Israel has a natal Sun/Chiron opposition which means every time they have a contact to their Sun, they have a contact to their wound) and the danger of overpromising what hearts cannot yet hold. Astrologically, this is the celestial picture of trying again - of optimism meeting vulnerability.

Meanwhile, Mercury and Mars in Scorpio trining the North Node in Pisces (and tightly conjunct Palestine's own Mercury/Pluto conjunction with the North Node applying to their own North Node) as Pluto stations direct speak of the hidden behind-the-scenes work. And truth coming out. Scorpio’s depth paired with Pisces’ compassion suggests that true progress comes not through grand statements, but through shared humanity and emotional honesty. Prayers are powerful now.

Jupiter is conjunct Israel's midheaven, the Sun on their ascendent (and October 7th Mars) and Mars is applying to their Chiron as transiting Chiron opposes their ascendent. Big energies create big momentum. The Sun is right on Netanyahu's Moon and the North Node is on the IC of his chart and Venus is on his midheaven. The skies want peace. The people want peace. Israel's ruler Venus wants peace. Trump wants peace (and a prize for it, naturally). Netanyahu wants ... well power, always, but let's pray he wants peace, too.

Keep in mind - what’s playing out on the world stage is mirrored in our own lives and every act of understanding, every effort to balance truth and empathy contributes to the collective's ability to do the same.

DARE TO LISTEN this week!

Working with these energies personally, choosing peace where we can, helps the collective story shift toward healing and harmony, too.

xo all

(I also have no doubt that this week's Sun which is right where Mars was last month when Charlie Kirk was killed/martyred/grieved contributes to the healing potential now via his higher self's sacrifice - this also includes a sacrifice to bring things that are hidden into the light. We will get back to those charts this week.)
