weekly astrology forecast | october 27th to November 2nd, 2025 - mars activates a grand water trine and everything starts to move again, some actions will be unstoppable, from depth to disclosure, truth, tenderness and turning points

TUESDAY - Mars trine Jupiter

WEDNESDAY - Mercury trines Neptune, Mercury enters Sagittarius, Mars trines Saturn, Mercury opposes Uranus

SUNDAY - Venus opposes Chiron, Venus squares Jupiter

Let's dive right into the aspects of the week.

Mars, strong in Scorpio, trines Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces. A Grand Water Trine! Intense/focused actions greatly benefit home/family and spiritual/healing matters. This is an UBER POWERFUL closed emotional loop - already in play. Great energy for manifesting goals/committing to a better future.

Let's unpack it!

MARS (in Scorpio) TRINE JUPITER (in Cancer) might look like a surge of confidence to act on something deeply felt or long held back. This is pretty freaking UNSTOPPABLE. We are following a gut sense that something must be done and being rewarded for trusting it. Our emotional conviction translates into tangible action/movement, maybe boundaries being reclaimed or inner power awakened. Collectively this looks like strong emotional waves pushing people toward decisive, even bold, acts of care and loyalty and/or DEFENSE

MARS (in Scorpio) TRINE SATURN (retrograde in Pisces) might look something like re-visiting/re-vising old emotional structures or coping patterns and finding a more empowered, fluid way to handle them. Learning to direct intensity in ways that sustain us rather than drain us. Mars/Saturn can give us the capacity to act with emotional maturity. Plutonian maturity - strategic rather than impulsive. Mars in Scorpio can be about cathartic/purging actions and Saturn makes whatever we do more sticky/enduring.

To bottom line this one - Mars in Scorpio gives willpower and precision. Jupiter in Cancer gives faith and feeling. Saturn in Pisces gives structure to the dream.

THE GRAND WATER TRINE CAN ALSO PULL UP BURIED EMOTIONAL PAIN THAT NEEDS TO BE WORKED THROUGH - keep this in mind.

At the same time, Mercury trines Neptune, moves into Sagittarius and opposes Uranus.

Let's unpack it!

MERCURY (at the very end of Scorpio) TRINE NEPTUNE (retrograde in Pisces) - think about what is happening here because it is perfectly timed and orchestrated. Mercury - our thinking, ideas, conversations, words, local community, siblings, transportation, tech - is in just the right place at the right time to pull the powerful Grand Water Trine toward Uranus - change/revolution.

Mercury is at the end of deep/penetrating Scorpio. This is deep-listening energy. Psychological insight and intuition that has been sharpened by the emotions of the last month/maybe through what has ended. The trine to Neptune is like the detective meeting the mystic - secrets surface through dreams, empathy and intuition. Conversations or thoughts can feel fated, intimate and or even psychic. We just know what’s underneath someone’s words (and they will know what we are really meaning, too - so keep this in mind). Words flow when they are forgiving and compassionate. Oppositions are endings, so we could feel a sense of closure or completion around an old way of thinking or an old conversation or idea.

MERCURY INTO SAGITTARIUS - Then the weather changes FAST. Mercury moves into fiery Sagittarius. This is like exhaling after we have been holding our breath/waiting for the other shoe to drop. So, maybe here is where it does. Or maybe we are now picking up the one that already has. Words become bolder, more outspoken. Everyone will think they know what they are talking about - some might. Thoughts and messages want to expand, declare the truth that was dug up in Scorpio. Private can become public. Our thinking and our language speeds up and our words seek to connect us to a larger vision/meaning. SECRETS CAN COME OUT.

MERCURY (in Sagittarius) OPPOSES URANUS (in Gemini), so the story changes. This is unexpected news and truth that jars us awake. If our mind has been fixated on something maybe here is where our obsession with that story/conversation gets broken. Again, oppositions are endings and this one can happen suddenly.

Then at the very end of the week - VENUS (strong in Libra) OPPOSES CHIRON (in Aries) and SQUARES JUPITER (in Cancer).  This is a relationship turning point that exposes vulnerability but also clears/opens space for real healing. Or recognition of an old self-image wound. We can see, through whatever is happening, how it shapes what we attract and how we relate. For some this will simply be a time when love itself becomes a teacher - this is how it feels to grow through connection.

Let's unpack it!

VENUS OPPOSES CHIRON - what is reflected back to our heart stings a bit. This is relationship situations that show us where old wounds around independence, rejection, or self-worth are still alive and kicking. Encounters with others can trigger the ache of not being seen or not being chosen or bring awareness of how we ourselves pull back from connection when we feel exposed/vulnerable.

VENUS SQUARES JUPITER - and just amplifies everything - the sweetness/ache/pain, the drama, the longing, the hope. The emotional volume gets turned up and love/what we want/what we are missing can feel larger-than-life. So can disappointment or over-idealizing something or someone. Remember Jupiter in Cancer - anything in Cancer! - wants belonging, nurturing and emotional SECURITY. Venus squaring can push us to seek comfort, reassurance, or connection beyond what’s actually realistic, especially within partnerships, or it can open a floodgate of generosity and forgiveness. Our response is EVERYTHING. Big girl/boy pants on.

At its best, this is a week when - what’s hidden becomes seen, what’s stuck begins to flow and what’s wounded begins to heal. Old wounds are triggered and Jupiter in a water sign magnifies what’s felt, so our emotional reactions may swell/expand before they soften, but the purpose, maybe as always, is expansion of our heart. Breath into every part of your body now. In the end, it's all happening for a reason, which, with the North Node in Pisces and ruler Neptune back there, too, now - might be hard to see at this point. Have faith, Hang in there.

Another thing that's hard to see/understand is #comet/#notcomet 3I (three-eye) Atlas which comes as close to the Sun as it will get this week (it came very close to the Earth last week). I wrote quite a bit about this in the last Charlie Kirk post, which I still haven't actually wrapped up and posted. Sorry - I was getting a bit obsessed with this and decided to pull back last week. Plus, last week just got away from me, but this week I will finish it and get it up!

In the meantime, I hope something here is helpful for planning your week ahead.

I will get to a big-picture post this week, too. I think just having Mercury out of Scorpio and into Sag will feel a bit better. Mercury will go retrograde and back into Scorpio next month in time for the Scorpio New Moon - so we will keep this in mind!
