Part I is HERE
Let's see what a chart tossed for the time an outside camera stops working adds to the story.
At 1:47AM EST on February 1st, 2026, a camera on the outside of Nancy's house is turned off/taken, so we know for sure the perpetrator is at the house at this time and the crime is happening.
We can see once again the chart has a clear POINT OF FOCUS (Pluto, Mars, Sun, Venus. Mercury) - but now it is the 3rd HOUSE. Third house themes include - entry points, thresholds, immediate local environment, doors/gates/devices, short movement, surveillance, cameras/recording, siblings, neighbors, familiar routes, vehicles, transport, communication. This chart is showing just what the police say is happening. We know it's usable, so what else can we learn?
One big shift between the earlier chart and the 1:47AM chart IS THE ROLE REVERSAL of the victim and perpetrator. In this chart Mars/Scorpio now signifies the victim and Venus/Taurus the perpetrator. Both are still in Aquarius - both still embedded in the same INTENSE planetary environment.
22-degrees Scorpio rises at the moment that camera clicks off.
A powerful degree in the most powerful sign. And the modern and ancient rulers - Pluto and Mars - of the sign Scorpio are together in a powerful stellium during a FULL MOON! Mars, at 7 degrees Aquarius is EXACTLY conjunct Nancy's natal Sun (which in Nancy's natal chart squares her 8-degree natal Mars in Taurus and opposes a pretty exact midpoint of her natal Pluto/Chiron conjunction at 4 and 11 Leo).
When Mars is ruling the victim in an event chart it can show that the victim fought back. It can show a possible head wound. It can indicate being acted upon suddenly. With Pluto we get - overpowering force, escalation, no real chance at effective resistance. In Aquarius we get - disruption while unconscious or unprepared, shock, being handled as an object and not a person, loss of control might through systems or technology. Even though Mars is strong by nature - the context here strips most of Mars' strength away. You can see this is pretty similar to our earlier chart even with the role reversal.
Now the perpetrator is Taurus so his significator here is Venus. Venus is a stand-in for him. In our original chart we had Aries here, so let's see if Taurus flips the script.
When Venus is the perpetrator we might expect - someone familiar. Someone socially acceptable. Someone trusted or normalized. Someone who may not normally appear threatening and someone who is good at seeming reliable. In Aquarius we get - detachment, behavior that is rationalized, seeing people as roles instead of individuals, acting according to an internal logic and not emotions. Venus in the same sign as Mars reinforces entanglement. Notice how a retrograde Uranus/the wild card has moved into the perpetrator's territory now that we have changed times.
BOTH Venus and Mars have the same dispositors - Saturn/ancient and Uranus/modern.
Saturn is in the 4TH HOUSE with Neptune. Here is the home, but now the home looks like a place where something is DISSOLVING. Boundaries/authority/safety. This is a heavy signature. Reality is becoming unclear inside the house. Saturn/Neptune in forensic work can speak of things not being as they appear, someone exploiting confusion/sleep/vulnerability.
Uranus is in the 7TH house. Conjunct the Descendent, perhaps giving the perpetrator the upper hand. Plus, Venus and Uranus are in mutual reception - in each other's signs, reinforcing this 'upper hand' thing. Symbolically this is very loud. A sudden shocking other. This is someone who destabilizes the situation instantly.
This is an encounter that CANNOT BE NEGOTIATED ONCE IT STARTS.
Remember in the first chart Uranus took us to the 8th house of abrupt/permanent endings and now he doesn't. Saturn with Neptune in the 4th is implying a slower ending. This chart might look better for Nancy if authorities/rescuers can find her in time.
The Moon (also a stand-in for the victim on this type of chart) is at 5-degrees Leo in the 9th house - this all happened just hours before last week's Leo Full Moon where we are 'meeting a limit that we have denied'.
The Moon is also uncomfortably situated between Nancy's natal Pluto/Chiron conjunction and opposing her Sun. Leo is about the heart/life force/visibility (note Nancy's heart monitor has been a big part of the conversation). The 9th house speaks of leaving the local environment, crossing a boundary, distance, something moving out of the immediate frame. In forensic charts 9th house Moons are saying - the person is no longer where you expect them to be/no longer here, might pull in legal complexities, foreign or religious situations, the truth existing outside where we expect to find it. The Moon's movements remain the same as the original chart and the Moon is still opposing Pluto so we still have - a moment that permanently alters circumstances
With the Sun ruling the Moon and sandwiched between Mars and Venus - the victim and perpetrator - the situation can take on a LIFE OF ITS OWN. Control shifts away from both individuals. So, Nancy has lost control, but the perpetrator somehow has, too.
Now that we are looking at the chart for the camera being removed/disabled there is a whole lot of NOISE in that third house - so communication, emails, notes, information. And this shows we are looking at a usable chart because it fits pretty precisely what is going on!
In the last chart, ransom looked less likely, but this chart with so much going on in Gemini's natural house changes things. Even multiplies them.
The 3rd house Aquarius stellium is a perfect breeding ground for - ransom communications that are technological, abstract, connected to crypto/tech, indirect and possibly unserious or manipulative.
They might also be the real deal - because this chart confirms the crime is all about the Benjamins and BIG MONEY,
but the 'fake' ransom demands are easier to see in the chart now.
Mercury embedded with Pluto/Mars/Venus in Aquarius, no Jupiter exchange, Saturn/Neptune conjunction with Saturn being the ancient ruler/traditional dispositor, Uranus on the descendant.
In plain English we could be looking at - messages that confuse, delay or misdirect, performative communication rather than negotiation, lack of follow-through, contact that doesn't move the situation forward. The ransom 'question' changes from 'ransom or no ransom' like our earlier chart to something more precise because there is so much noise/room for RANSOM - real or not.
That unstable Uranus conjunct the descendent (perpetrator) is making me wonder if the person in this chart - the one removing the camera - is the 'visible' other, but not the true source of the crime. Is he acting on behalf of someone or something else. Because the Taurus/Venus perpetrator is more likely to describe the 'someone with something to gain or protect' than the one doing the messy part. With the ruler of the descendent answering to Saturn we get something like - fear of loss, pressure from obligation/feeling deserving or that something has already been earned, a sense of being trapped by circumstance AND with the ruler of the descendent answering to Uranus - IF these are two different people (or even three) they will understand that they are now joined at the hip - one of them going down means they both/all will ...
When the Moon gets into Scorpio this weekend and starts squaring all the Aquarius planets the authorities are definitely going to be applying pressure to all facets of this case ...

I have had a couple emails to look at the charts of Nancy's son-in-law and other daughter and I have. They are both highly activated - but remember Savannah's is, too/getting slammed - this is to be expected because of the trauma and spotlight, so I think we should just avoid that astro for now. It is too hard and not possible to differentiate between 'who is in the spotlight' and 'who did the thing'. Astrology can describe who is entangled, burdened or exposed, but it cannot determine who is guilty. I have been down this road before. Daughter Annie has a natal Venus/North Node (exact) tightly conjunct her mom's Sun and her husband has a natal Venus exact on his mother-in-law's Chiron. Annie's Mars at 0-degree Aries is getting hit with the Saturn/Neptune and her husband's 0-degree Gemini South Node with the upcoming Uranus. They have three young kids, so I hope they are not involved ...
