Lisa is the amazing artist behind That Old Blue House 2! She has worked with stained glass for over 20 years.
Her jewelry has evolved from Lisa's love of antiques. Her vintage lace and quilt pieces pay homage to the women who created these works of art many years ago.
She uses only tattered pieces of fabric to give them a "second life"; to be enjoyed by a new generation!
Lisa uses silver solder and most of her work uses micro-thin glass.

The quilted pieces remind me so much of the Gee's Bend Quilts - anyone familiar? I saw an exhibit of them in Knoxville and they made me cry. Anyhoo, I'm loving the Live/Love/Laugh Charm Necklace - I imagine it makes a bit of noise when worn, and that's a requirement for me and jewelry - has to make noise, a la Grace Kelly's bracelet in "Rear Window" -loudest and coolest bracelet ever! I have two favorites, I hope thats ok :) I love the Flowers so sweet necklace, I've been looking for a statement pendant! and i also love the spring breeze earrings, they are so sweet and cute!

Remembered Past Crazy Quilt Pin
It reminds me of gorgeous winter mornings at my "adopted grandma's" (I didn't grow up with grandparents). She is a quilter and writer, and has so many stunning handmade vintage quilts... their smell and touch makes me feel so loved and warm... I'm definitely going to get her one of these!
