On November 6th, 2024 with Jupiter (retrograde) EXACT on his North Node of Fate, Venus conjunct his natal Moon, Apollo EXACT on the last Eclipse degree before this election (and Trump's natal Ixion - the golden king turned criminal given a second chance by Zeus/Jupiter/the United States), and within days of a New Moon EXACT on his progressed Moon - Donald Trump became the 47th President of the United States.
If you think about it - Trump may be the perfect person to close out the United States Pluto in Capricorn return, usher in the Pluto in Aquarius (his Sun and North Node conjunct Aquarius ruler Uranus in Gemini in the 10th house of career) cycle and lead the United States into its Uranus return that starts next year when Uranus moves into Gemini and "this split down the middle" thing could become even more pronounced or pivotal to resolve/work through.
Especially for a country with the word "united" in its name. Can we move past/rise above ideology for the sake of THE COUNTRY? He has a BIG job, which is surely his destiny, ahead of him.
So, what happens next because we have all this crazy energy/astrology between now and the inauguration?
The time between now and the Inauguration is also a big time for Harris. Is there still a chance for her to be President? Could Biden step down intentionally and give the United States its first female President as part of his legacy (or be forced to) or are there too many bridges burned between them? We had that Mercury/Uranus when Biden made his infamous "garbage" comment that came back to haunt them, BUT that was also the week Harris had a fated Grand Cardinal Cross and needed to do something. Something about needing to turn a weakness into a strength. We may never know what she did, or didn't do, with that.
Let's look at the rest of November, because all this backward energy that I thought would likely be re-counting votes - obviously isn't. Some of the 'backward' is certainly Monday morning quarterbacking via conversations and arguments, but what else do we see?
First thing we have is November 15th's BIG Full Moon with Uranus (conjunct Algol) tightly conjunct Trump's mid-heaven just as Saturn stations direct.
In a way this Full Moon is simply stating what is happening/showing where Trump is - this is a BIG and shocking (that wasn't totally shocking because Uranus is retrograde) public/career RESULT for him. He's back in the spotlight/the world stage - IN CHARGE. He's been here before.
Important heads, at the top of their game, are ROLLING.
And, because Trump was literally shot in the head back in July when we had Mars here (which is not the same as having a Full Moon here, but we are triggering July's energy now), he needs to be careful of his personal safety. Vance's chart is similar to Trump's and he does, too. This applies to their entire term really since the way things start is the way things go, but maybe especially the next couple weeks and six months as this Full Moon cycle plays out.
This is also the day Saturn stations direct - responsibilities and plans and work and who is going to be in charge of what and do what - where authority and structure is going - is moving forward. Keep in mind, Saturn is STILL in foggy/dreamy Pisces and will be covering his tracks/old ground until February 18, 2025. This is a process
(Saturn had stationed retrograde just two days after Biden's disastrous debate performance in late June that instigated everything that has happened until now).
Pluto moves into Aquarius, again and for the last time in our lives on November 19th, 2024. The future is here.
Then Mercury stations retrograde on November 25th and will be retrograde until December 15th re-covering 22nd degrees Sagittarius to 6 degrees Sagittarius. Mercury stations retrograde EXACT on Trump's natal Moon (the people, his emotions, born on a Full Moon Eclipse his Moon is uber important to him) and will back over his natal asteroid Angel (protection - this was right on his ascendent/self on the day he was shot) and asteroid Hopi.
This is in Trump's 4th house of home/roots/country. Mercury is about information, communication, ideas. Retrograde periods involve re-peats and re-visions. He has been here before. He has had these kinds of conversations and dealt with this kind of information before. He has to physically move house. The United States has been here before, too. This is Sagittarius and happening in the United States first house of self. We are re-thinking ourselves. Re-wording ourselves. Mercury rules the media and Mars will be on the United States natal Mercury on Inauguration Day.
Hopefully all sides of this thing will allow the grace, wisdom and optimism the Sag energy can offer an ENTRANCE. We have to trust there are bigger hands than ours steering this ship.
This retrograde on his Moon can also be foreshadowing some kind of 'reversal of fortune' for Trump. He needs to be careful with his safety and physical health. He had that final Eclipse exact on his natal Ixion - the beloved King who became a criminal and was given a second chance by Zeus/Jupiter/the United States - which Ixion later blows. Now, we know this 'blowing thing' was not about the election because Trump won. He gets his second chance. He needs to be smart with it. Mercury is giving him time to get his ducks in a row, let's hope this doesn't become a shooting gallery. It doesn't have to. Mercury in Sag is in mutual reception with Jupiter in Gemini - we all have access to the small and big picture now. Keep in mind, they are both retrograde so we are watching old movies and repeats.
Then Mars stations retrograde on December 6th RIGHT ON THE UNITED STATES NORTH NODE OF FATE. Destiny needs to make some changes here. We can't just move forward from where we are and get where we need to be - so what needs to change/what will change between now and the end of February?!
This is a big flipping deal, especially with Trump's own North Node such a big part of his win.
Mars here says - hold on a minute, ACTIONS NEED TO BE RE-VISED or something from the past needs our action/attention. Trump has Mars on his natal ascendent. Trump IS Mars. Mars stations retrograde EXACT on Trump's natal Memoria (past life experiences that make him who he is, also might be something here about memorials/memorial services) and tightly conjunct his natal Atlantis - asteroid Atlantis is where Uranus (also Trump) will be EXACT on the United States chart on Inauguration Day.
(we will cover some Atlantis/Borasisi stuff in the Inauguration post - something about tech excesses to watch out for certainly, but it feels like this means more than that, and, of course we have collectively unconsciously opted for the Phaeton storyline, so we will keep tracking that, too - we talked about that HERE)
Mars retrograde starting on Trump's Memoria and ending on his natal asteroid Requiem really amps up his need to be CAUTIOUS of his personal safety.
Hopefully he has been taking care of his health, too. There has been news about Iran trying to assassinate him (although his challenges here look like more of an 'inside job') - one of Trump's biggest assets is his ability to be unpredictable and LUCKY when he is, and, I think he gives us greater hope toward unexpected diplomacy than all-out war. His chart has major triggers at least through next spring - I haven't looked further - so hopefully that is a good sign he gets through these times in one piece. Because, believe me, even if you think you don't want him to be President, and maybe almost half the country doesn't, we REALLY don't want something to happen to him now that he is.
Mars retrograde takes us from 6 degrees Leo to 17 degrees Cancer. We talked about some of this in the Mars comes home post HERE. Mars will be retrograde from December 6th, 2024 - February 23, 2025.
This retrograde starts at Trump's natal Memoria and then backs over his natal Atlantis, Apophis, Sappho, Isis, Niobe, VENUS, SATURN, Karma, ending at Requiem (17 Cancer) which is conjunct his natal Nemesis. Mars backs over all these points through February 23rd, 2025, and then passes over them a final time, moving forward, until May 2nd, 2025, when Mars is finally back at 6 degrees Leo and the Mars retrograde cycle - THE WAR COMES HOME - is finally over.
Mars will be EXACTLY at the mid-point of Trump's tight natal Venus/Saturn conjunction on Inauguration Day, retrograde. This is also the degree of the United States natal Mercury. Alot of this volatile energy could be about the news/media/fear-mongering stuff. But whatever Trump is doing here is going to have a HUGE impact.

As for Harris - she is still getting hit with alot of BIG energies, too. Of course, her life is also totally changing and she is coming off a whirlwind presidential run. Much of Kamala's strength that wasn't mirroring Trump was connected to Juno (and 21 not 22) - the power next to the power/Jupiter's partner. She could still become President briefly since Biden as a Sag rising (just like the United States) is a Jupiter, BUT, he would have to give his power to her or be forced to due to ill health, etc. The power would have to come through him somehow. Her natal Saturn on the U.S. Moon gave her a huge challenge to win an actual election and so much depended on her karma because she had all that old stuff activated and connected to her past life - we talked about that HERE. Of course, this is all much clearer in hindsight. On December 15th when Mercury stations direct conjunct her natal Juno and exact on her natal asteroid Karma (and at the exact midpoint of Biden's ascendant/Juno tight conjunction) and with transiting Juno exactly trining the U.S. Sun, it will be in some way finishing up their story, too.

I will do one final Election post about January and then start looking at 2025 because I saw some really great stuff ahead while researching for the election. We won't be able to bypass the rest of 2024, and, yes, it looks challenging, but 2025, with its MEGA-CHANGES - has something for everyone!

Keep in mind, all the planets change signs in 2025, everything is changing - Trump won't be the same either! His unpredictability/resilience is NEEDED and we know this is what is needed because it is what we have. Trust that life has our back. We are playing a long game folks ...
