This week is BIG.
Next week is even BIGGER.
Take care of yourself. Get enough rest.
Let's jump right in!
(and, yes, it will be one of those mini jumps where our knees move and our feet don't quite leave the ground)
MONDAY - FULL MOON IN CANCER, Sun trine Uranus
TUESDAY - Venus square Jupiter
WEDNESDAY - Sun oppose Mars
SATURDAY - Venus conjunct Saturn
SUNDAY - Sun enters Aquarius
MONDAY - The Full Moon has its own post HERE plus the Sun trines Uranus shining a light on new ways forward, new values, new resources, new self esteem.
TUESDAY - Venus, exalted in Pisces (and here for a long time with her upcoming retrograde) squares a retrograde Jupiter in Gemini. Watch your wallet and your expectations here because we see Venus is approaching a reality check with Saturn by the weekend!
Venus/Jupiter can bring lucky breaks, and with Venus in mystical Pisces, fated and karmic OPPORTUNITIES.
Again, just watch your expectations with this one.
Sometimes with Venus/Jupiter squares it is not so much about getting what we want as it is about wanting something ALOT and the energy of that WANTING - because remember Jupiter is retrograde and Venus soon will be - seeding the future.
Know that there can be tension/frustration even with the good stuff. Know something here is very likely EXAGGERATED.
WEDNESDAY - the Sun in Capricorn opposes Mars, retrograde, in Cancer. This is the old father/stricture energy we talked about in the Full Moon post HERE.
SATURDAY - Venus in Pisces catches up with Saturn for a needed REALITY CHECK. We might see what we can't have/can't attract. We could feel old. We could be shown our commitments and responsibilities. DISCIPLINE CAN BE NEEDED. For some results and rewards can show up now, too.
Venus/Saturn conjunctions launch a new story - this one is Piscean. Magical, Mystical. Dreamy.
SUNDAY - the Sun enters Aquarius kicking off Aquarius season. Applying to a conjunction to Pluto - this one can be especially empowering. Now we are all burning aqua-eccentric fuel. Keep in mind - it's still winter in the northern hemisphere. Like Capricorn, there is still responsibility and heaviness here (Saturn ancient ruler), but now it is more of a 'shared experience'. Our ancestors' thinning pantries and need for connection AND CHANGE (here is where the Uranus modern rulership of Aquarius would kick in) would have brought them out of their snowy huts to see what other people were up to right about now/what cans of beans they might trade for jars of beets. Aquarius season gives us a chance to step back and look at the big picture. It energizes us to step outside the box and try something else. Sometimes we are too close and too enmeshed in a situation to see clearly what is happening. Stepping back is good and needed. We can see what is happening with less judgment. We can see past societal rules (Aquarius is the rebel, genius, criminal). WE CAN BE OURSELVES. We get a new set of eyes to see the world/are more accepting of the unusual. We get smarter/more logical. Of course (that fly in the ointment thing), if we step too far back we are like an outsider in our own life and this is not a good thing. There is also the whole 'group-think' thing with Aquarius that gets dangerous, the "for the greater good" legendary slippery slope stuff. The problem with loving 'people' in general more than we love the person lying next to us in bed ... well .. you get the idea.
The Sun is going to catch up with Pluto in about 10 seconds and that will take us to Monday, January 20th, 2025 and the United States Inauguration of Donald Trump for the second time which will take place with a Sun/Pluto conjunction for the first time in the United States two hundred and forty nine year history.
I will definitely get a post up about that this week.
This week is big and next week looks totally cray-cray - heads up about that.
xo all
