Early Thursday EST (4:03AM) , the Libra Moon goes void off a square to Mercury - have we gone to bed mad or agitated?
Luna trined the smart Aquarius Sun on Wednesday - give partners SPACE, detach from taking things too personally - but, then she squared a stone-cold Mars in Capricorn on Wednesday night.
Libra wants peace and cooperation and that Mars is ... ambitious.
There could be relationship tension/frustration.
Keep in mind we have that trine from Mars and Mercury to a retrograde Juno. Relationship fixes. What can make things better? What can we agree on? What action can we take together? Mars and Mercury are in sober Cappy and Juno is in earthy Virgo, so this needs to be practical/doable. We need to talk about it respectfully. And then we actually have to do it.
The Moon is void on Thursday until late afternoon - so much of the day will ebb and flow/time will be stretchy, it's good energy for doing routine things - and then Luna will square Pluto as soon as she gets into Scorpio (Pluto's sign).
Remember with Pluto in early Aqua now, each time the Moon moves from a cardinal sign (the start) to a fixed sign (the stuff that holds what is starting together) she will be in a tense aspect with Pluto. So, maybe we start and then we get this OBSTACLE.
(but, we won't have all those Moons with the Pluto power-struggle endings - there are always trade-offs!)
The Moon will be up and down, and maybe moody as f* in Scorpio over the next couple days, but for today, there is just this SQUARE.
This OBSTACLE.
The Moon rules our emotions/our mood. So, now the mood is heavier. It always darkens/deepens as we move from Libra to Scorpio, but with Pluto in that fast square for the next couple years (!), it may be even more obvious.
Because, again there is this OBSTACLE.
Maybe the root of Plutonian problems look more complicated than they actually are. It's always about the stuff we have stuffed (and we have reasons for this stuffing, but still, this is stuff we have stuffed). It's harder to look inward than outward, so we project this shadow self outside ourselves and magnetize what we need so we can see it/feel it.
And, the world is set up more and more for us to look outward. For there to be things to look at. And, of course, even our head is designed to look outward. Looking inward is painful/difficult. With Scorpio/Pluto (which opposes Taurus) we are quite literally pulling ourselves out of the dirt/finding the seed of our plant. Turning our head around.
The bottom line with Pluto is always fear. Fear of death. Fear of loss. Power struggles. The need to control, so we won't lose what we have; so we don't die. Helping can feel an awful lot like manipulation when Plutonian energy puts its hands into the pot. Intensity. Obsession. Pluto is in Aquarius now, so we will have to see how the sign of intelligent, detached air changes things. And how Pluto changes the sign of intelligent, detached air. Pluto is slow and relentless. Aquarius is quick and disorienting and alternates (this isn't exactly right but nothing else is coming to mind) between order - Saturn - and chaos - Uranus.
For now, there are practical revisions within relationships, partnerships and contracts that will help make our lives better and they will be subject to change. JUNO SAYS SO!
And there is stuff happening that is hidden that we can't see without almost breaking our neck. PLUTO SAYS SO!
So, we have this long void on Thursday to chill ourselves out/cool things off and then the Moon/mood deepens/darkens - February starts at 4:22PM EST on February 1st with the Scorpio Moon's square to ruler Pluto.
And February is HUGE.
(how stretchy is that neck of ours? when I was about 25 a chiropractor told me I had the neck of an 80 year old woman, so I might be in trouble over here)
February post next!
