weekly astrology forecast | December 5th - 11th, 2022 - powerful and passionate Full Moon on fiery Mars plus two planets change signs off squares to bigger-is-better Jupiter, whew!

With a Full Moon in Gemini conjunct a retrograde Mars, both Mercury and Venus squaring Jupiter and then changing signs, this will be a BIG and busy week!

Both Mercury and Venus are going to square Jupiter in 'no limits' Pisces from the over-the-top energies of Sagittarius and then move into sober/serious Capricorn within hours.

This can be where we have a dream/stretch/hope that we immediately get to work on to make it real, or, we over-do something and then are faced with the immediate ramifications of this. Buyer's remorse. We over-share information and regret it. We over-share resources/ourselves/our hearts and regret it. We get TOO angry, impulsive or agitated - Mars this week! - and regret it.

Now, the 'regret' part isn't built into this, but the reality of anything we have "over"-done will be quickly felt as the planets move into Capricorn.

Instant karma.

AND, of course, this 'instant karma' can be a good thing, too, depending on what we do with these Jupiter squares - our faith, hope, confidence, optimism can be REWARDED.

Our best use of this week's energy is to SEE the possibilities because, THEY ARE THERE, without buying into the urgency to do too much or act too fast then GET DOWN TO BUSINESS with the possibilities once Cappy has reined them in a bit - it won't take long. This isn't about waiting, but if it feels like we need to be leaping and expecting the net to appear - take a breath, gather your common sense. With an almost immediate landing in Cappy energies, we definitely want to be building the net before we jump.

Also this week, the Gemini Full Moon on Mars retrograde is a potential powder-keg. Almost makes this a double Full Moon. I have already written that post, so it will be up tomorrow night.

The Full Moon is also (Sun opposite Mars) the mid-point of the Mars retrograde cycle and brings us clarity/illumination, sometimes an ending focused on what we have had to re-vise, re-view, re-do, do twice or what was postponed/held-up since the end of October.

This can also focus a white hot spotlight on what we've been refusing to act on or suppressing anger about.

Mars retrograde has many of us exhausted and scattered and acting on repeat. With a BIG Full Moon at the same time Mars opposes the Sun we want to take care not to act impulsively or over-react from this tired/scattered space.

Let's unpack the week!

MONDAY - Black Moon Lilith conjunct retrograde Pallas (second time)

TUESDAY - Mercury square Jupiter, Mercury enters Capricorn

WEDNESDAY - Sun inconjunct Uranus

THURSDAY - Mars retrograde opposes the Sun, FULL MOON IN GEMINI

FRIDAY - Venus square Jupiter, Venus enters Capricorn

MONDAY looks tricky. The Moon is exalted in Taurus, but challenged by meeting up with chaotic Uranus and inconjunct the Sagittarius Sun as the Sun inconjuncts Uranus. Black Moon Lilith meets up with Pallas again today, too, this time with Pallas retrograde (both still in Cancer).

The Moon meets Uranus every month. She is strong in Taurus and can hold her own. We might feel rebellious or just be more comfortable with change (or need to be). We might find ourselves attracted to unusual things or people. This month as the Moon meets Uranus, the Moon is inconjunct the Sun, so it's trickier/more uncomfortable.

The Moon's inconjunct to the Sun is this month's Waxing Inconjunct - one final tweak to our New Moon story before this week's Full Moon in Gemini.

This is Taurus/Sag. Change can be frustrating to fixed earth Taurus. Taurus likes to accumulate for security/comfort. Sag likes to circulate/spend. Taurus commits, Sag not so much. The Sag Sun wants to do something, is hopeful, maybe wants to EXPAND or spend money and the Taurus Moon comes along and says hold on now, "CAN WE REALLY AFFORD TO LOSE WHAT WE HAVE? Shouldn't we hold onto this for our security/comfort?" And, if we are a more lunar type and keyed into the Taurus Moon - sitting tight and holding on - here is where the expansive Sag Sun comes along and ask us to take a chance, to take something further, to spend, to stretch outside our comfort zone. There isn't a right or wrong with an inconjunct or even an answer - (unlike a square that requires action) it just shows the problem/conflict/tension. It's a rock and a hard place. Sometimes we have to decide and then decide to not look back. The Sun is inconjunct the North Node, so adjustments are happening in order for us to have a more stable/simple future. Stay in your integrity with this one.

This is happening as Black Moon Lilith - doing her long dance through Cancer this year, I did some summer posts about her HERE and HERE - meets up with Pallas again. This is their meeting with Pallas retrograde - so the part where we are re-vising, re-viewing, re-doing, etc, most likely something within a home or family situation. One thing to keep in mind with Pallas - our smart/strategic energy - is that, like her brother Mars, Pallas is a WARRIOR. Her strategies, even in nurturing Cancer, are about WINNING. Joined with BML, this is dangerous energy, but potent for working with 'mother wounds', 'mom as scapegoat' or 'mom as victim' story-lines that need to be addressed. This is making me think of the Casey Anthony mini-series, in this case the dad is the likely scapegoat mom energy. I did alot of astro work on her case many years back for a Facebook group and might post it here this week if anyone is interested.

Keep in mind with the Full Moon/Mars this week that is building we want to keep a cool head - passionate words, maybe angry words are going to come out, but we don't have to cut anyone's head off or lose our own. Drive safely. Don't go looking for trouble.

TUESDAY is all about Mercury. She/he squares Jupiter - this is good news/expansive opportunities/conversations/ideas - also the possibility that what is being said or heard or read or hoped for is exaggerated. AVOID OVER-PROMISING. Take a breath. If we get too preachy or over-promise or over-do something we will get a quick reality check. Mercury, at the Galactic Center, squares Jupiter who is at the last degree of the last sign, so, to me, this looks like it has a soul connection to something similar we have done before in a previous life (or an ancestor has) to wrap something up and now we have the opportunity in this life, to wrap it up in a better, more conscious, more responsible way.

With Mercury (thoughts, communication, ideas) moving into Capricorn today, our words will want to be taken seriously. Communications will be fact-checked. Sentences will be properly punctuated and spell checkers will be applied. Ideas will be more traditional. Words that are focused and precise are most effective now. Traditional stories and songs will resonate.

This isn't Mercury's favorite place to hang out - and because of his upcoming retrograde, he will be here until February 11th. Mercury prefers words be fast and flexible and Capricorn is the opposite of this. Words are solid and sober here. Flowery language isn't welcome. When we take our words and ideas seriously other people will, too.

(this is also true of all Capricorn ruled things such as businesses - if we don't take our business seriously no one else will. Women say to me "my husband doesn't take my business seriously and he won't take it seriously until it makes serious money" and I'm always thinking "he won't take it seriously until you do and you won't make serious money until then either". Some people do get lucky, and I have a few times, making money without taking things seriously. I've always found that money doesn't stick though - I need to be serious, ie have sustainable systems in place, to make "sticky" money. And even then keep in mind everything is cyclical, nothing lasts forever.)

Ruled by Saturn, Capricorn, does alot of what it does out of fear (it's the whole winter thing, that Cappy rules along with Aquarius, there is a need for seriousness when the world is frozen if we are to survive). We will be able to see how fearful thinking and negative language holds us back and/or is connecting us to the wrong things (maybe old things once worked for us) and holding us separate from the stuff we want now. Your words are your fortune now.

Mercury will start traveling Cappy degrees he will walk three times starting on December 12th (she stations retrograde on December 29th), so keep in mind there will be a need to re-work our Cappy house theme and the collective theme of our careers, goals, fathers, the structures of our lives. This is all part of the work we need to do before 2023's late winter 'all systems go' and then the changes coming in spring 2023.

WEDNESDAY is the day the Sun inconjuncts Uranus, so more Sag/Taurus rocks and hard places. Adjustments are needed between those greener pastures and the future.

THURSDAY is the BIG Full Moon in Gemini exactly conjunct Mars. Mars is back where he (as we) was near the middle of September. Some people will be triggered into anger/impulsivity so another reason to TAKE A BREATH. Expect a BIG post tomorrow.

FRIDAY is the day Venus is doing what Mercury did earlier in the week. She squares Jupiter - we love more, spend more, want to give more/get more, want to go for it. Then she immediately moves into sober Capricorn - think buyer's remorse, hangover, waking up in bed next to someone and they don't look so grand as they did last night. You get the idea. Take a breath. What do you truly value/need/want? We don't want to miss the Venus/Jupiter optimism, but it will pay off to keep in mind the Venus in Cappy reality that is coming.

And like Mercury earlier in the week, and, of course this can all be part of the same thing - Venus, crosses the Galactic Center  - our homing signal at the center of creation - and squares Jupiter who is at the last degree of the last sign, so, to me, this looks like a soul connection to something similar we have done before in a previous life (or an ancestor has), maybe toward the end of that life or to wrap something up - likely financial or relationship focused - and now we have a new opportunity in this life, to do this in a better, more faith-filled, more conscious, more responsible way which will lead to more ABUNDANCE - because the way a void is created has much to do with the way it gets re-filled/re-stocked (or maybe better said would be 'the way we respond to the void' has much to do with how it gets refilled). There is a reason the Galactic Center is in optimistic Jupiter ruled Sagittarius! We will talk more about this, too, in the Full Moon post.

After her square to expansive Jupiter, Venus (love, money, women, values, self-esteem, beauty) moves into Capricorn. Capricorn is the sign of structure and discipline. In Capricorn season (winter) these are the qualities that kept our ancestors alive. When Venus visits this space these are the qualities that help us attract what we want and need.

Capricorn Suns and Risings get more attractive now (more able to attract what they want and easier on the eye). Our Capricorn houses (natal) become more attractive, too. Enjoy this energy dear Cappys - with Pluto in your sign for so many years, you have most decidedly earned it. Invest in yourself now!

This is the time to get serious with Venus ruled themes. There is beauty in a balanced checkbook. Make a budget (even if it means we give ourselves a cash allowance each week and stop spending when it's gone). Check our insurance policies - do we need more insurance? Do we need all this insurance? Can we find our insurance policies if we need them? Do we have the right paperwork in our car?

Where are we investing our resources - time, esteem, money? What are we getting back? Are we putting a whole lot of time into one thing, but all our revenue is coming from this other thing? Sometimes this is ok, but maybe it's not. Time to check in with ourselves. Venus in Capricorn is an excellent time for organizing our finances so we can attract more money that sticks.

Tradition will become a focus - the way something has always been done. This is a Cappy season/winter thing that can make us nostalgic. This doesn't mean we have to continue doing things the way we've always done them, but these things will come to our attention now. We get more serious about love, too. If something isn't going anywhere, this can be the transit we cut it loose. Our focus returns to what is real. We attract stability and longer lasting success/love/money by finishing what we start and honoring our commitments.

Venus will be in Capricorn until January 2, 2023.

Last year Venus retrograded in Capricorn, so this is her first time through here since her 2021, 40 days and 40 nights - will be interesting to see what happens when she gets to 21-22 degrees Cappy this time. Last year Omicron was announced and it dialed down the pandemic death rate dramatically over time. This was before Mars passed Venus and crossed those same "hot" degrees (time runs out from January 2020) himself and Russia bombed Ukraine for the first time. Venus will reach these degrees this year at the end of December just as Jupiter moves into Aries and starts answering to Mars and Mercury stations retrograde (so Mars retrograde will be answering to a retrograde Mercury for the first time). The final dispositor of all this will be Saturn in Aquarius. Will be interesting and we will be ready for it!

I hope something here is helpful, will post the Full Moon next. My wholesale orders are wrapping up this week, so I should be able to post more often, so we can look at the big picture and 2023!

today's astrology forecast | wednesday, November 30th, 2022 - time to rethink or revise something home and family related, a week to let go and let God

During Tuesday's almost all day void Moon - did you notice how stretchy time was? I swear we lived twenty minutes that lasted two hours.

We had a funeral for two of my husband's family members, one who died last month and another whose funeral was delayed by covid. I was worried something was going to go wrong - with Mars retrograde and out of bounds in my Gemini 8th house (one of the things the 8th house rules is death/funerals and I had made all the arrangements), the void Moon and Mercury opposing Mars, so we decided to go to the cemetery an hour early to make sure everything was alright. We discovered the workers had dug the graves at the entirely wrong plot. And the nun who could set the whole thing right was out of state because her nephew was in a car accident - very Mars/Mercury, too (he is ok)!

Then we were told the family plot didn't extend where we thought it did. We applied Saturn - were mature, patient, willing to work within established limits/the rules even as we asked for more (Sag!), dealt with the grayest haired person we could find (I am not kidding here, and, of course, hubs knew nothing about this whole 'apply Saturn' thing, but just did his normal thing, which can be pretty Saturny). We were eventually able to get it ironed out and the funeral proceeded on time, plots dug exactly where we wanted them even if they were a bit beyond our legal boundaries (thank goodness for the Neptune squares, out of bound Mars and void Moon!), but with Mars retrograde in Gemini, even the two graves which I thought were enough 'double' to satisfy the dualistic energy and have things run smoothly, wasn't, and the two graves had to be dug twice! The cemetery said they had never opened up the wrong plots before and I (almost) believed them.

Now the Moon has moved into Pisces and quickly moves into a square with the Sagittarius Sun today. Our First Quarter Square - mutable, changing, Pisces/Sag. Squares from planets in Pisces can be exhausting or disappointing. Something can dissolve. There might be the need to give up something in order to keep going or something slips through our fingers ready or not. Boundaries thin. Our faith is tested. Endings are gentle/peaceful. We might need a rest. The Sag Sun can be quite blustery/a know-it-all, so here may be where we find out we don't. Big plans, that were full of hot air to begin with, can drift off course. Pisces rules our collective 12th house of what is behind us, so we can't see what's coming/don't know what we don't know - we have to turn the wheel over to bigger hands than ours in Pisces. Let go and let God often applies.

This is also the day Pallas stations retrograde at 26 degrees Cancer, so something home/family/mother/nurturing related may change course or come to a halt. There is the need for re-thinking/re-visions. With a confusing Pisces First Quarter Moon happening at the same time and all the Neptune squares this week, this won't be the time for big decisions, so whatever is slowing/confusing or drifting off course is going to need to drift for a while. Some strategies and Cancerian action may need a time out because we JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Pallas represents both wisdom and skills. I see her as a co-ruler of smart, but detached Aquarius (this might be just me though), so don't see her as particularly well-suited for the emotional/maternal waters of Cancer (and she did spring fully formed from her father's head - a father's daughter type energy), but certainly there is EMOTIONAL WISDOM here, maybe an old story connected to our roots or the root of a current project that needs revising. She is going to get all the way back to 10 degrees Cancer before she stations direct on February 16, 2023. Mercury will square the North Node that day and the Sun will meet Saturn. With so much happening this week and so much happening on the day Pallas turns direct in the middle of February, whatever this is that is held up now or changes direction, it matters/is no small thing.

Take a breath and your time here.

Remember the weekly post - the best stuff is found through Saturn this week. Patience. Restraint. Responsibility. Maturity. Stay humble. Work WITH the limits/rules (even as we sometimes effort to move beyond them - Mars out of the bounds of the Sun).

Big picture post in the works!

weekly astrology forecast | November 28th - December 4th, 2022 | time to wake up

Let's dive right in!

MONDAY - Mars trines Saturn, Venus inconjunct Uranus

TUESDAY - Mercury opposes Mars and sextiles Saturn

WEDNESDAY - Pallas stations retrograde, First Quarter Moon (Pisces)

THURSDAY - Venus opposes Mars and sextiles Saturn, Mercury squares Neptune

SATURDAY - Neptune stations direct

SUNDAY - Venus squares Neptune, Sun trines Chiron

Early in the week, Mars retrograde (from the degree he walked when direct back on September 28th, so there may be connections now to something from that time period, maybe we are re-doing something or re-thinking or re-discussing things) will trine sober Saturn. This is putting in the work/playing by the rules/dealing with authority and our duties and responsibilities. Good for making commitments and walking our talk. Our efforts/actions are serious/focused/goal oriented and can pay off. Our actions and words can make situations more stable.

The fly in the ointment with Mars/Saturn smooth sailing is Mars, retrograde in Gemini, is going to be opposed by first Mercury (Gemini's ruler) and then Venus while Venus and Mercury square Neptune. This can bring disagreements/arguments, issues within relationships and with finances/resources. Money can slip through our fingers, so watch your wallet. Avoid quick decisions. Squares to Neptune can bring frustrations with water/wet weather. It can be hard to know what is real. Situations could be confusing and unrealistic. What we don't know/don't acknowledge, situations from the past or what is done in secret/behind our back brings tension/frustration/challenges. Squares to Neptune can make us tired, prone to exhaustion or illness (take your vitamins) - show a need to escape, take a break or maybe something is tempting us in that direction. Nostalgia. Fading memory. There could be some disappointment here. Maybe someone is lying to us. We may be wasting alot of energy/running in circles.

There is alot we won't know until Mars and Mercury (Mercury's retrograde is starting in a couple weeks) both station direct in the middle of January.

With Venus and Mercury also making nice with sober Saturn via an opportunistic (when action is taken) sextile - Saturn is the way through this week. Taking care of our responsibilities. Slowing down. Being realistic. Detaching from disappointing outcomes and focusing on the future. Being smart with our energy, our words, our resources. Working within existing limits/structures. Big girl/boy pants ON. Having patience.

Playing the LONG game.

The weeks ends with Venus/Mercury/Mars square Neptune as he stations direct.

It's that moment when the tide goes out and we see what those large/colorful shells and rocks at our feet actually look like.

WE WAKE UP.

Rather abruptly it seems with Venus, Mercury and Mars forming a tense T-square. Oh my. It looks like some delusion is ending for all of us. A bubble bursts. THIS really is what we get/have. If we have been spending irresponsibly, in love with being in love, making decisions and seeing things through rose colored glasses, the glasses are off now. On the other hand, and this will depend on the aspects and placement of Neptune and Pisces in your natal chart, Neptune direct can bring us back to the dream that stalled at the end of June. Things can start to move forward now. Of course, we still have the T-Square with those inner planets to deal with at the 're-launch'! Go slow. Assume you don't have all the information. Many times Neptune changes direction and Pisces risings and those with strong Pisces/Neptune or those whose placements are directly impacted are the only ones who notice - this time it looks to want to be noticed by all of us.

Any way you cut it, it's a time to focus on what is actually POSSIBLE and release the impossible dream or addiction/avoidance that has had us running in circles or sleeping/wasting/deluding our life away. The challenges are brought to us through the planets transiting through Sagittarius - there is something bigger/better out there for all of us AND it is going to take Saturn (the work, responsibility, time, saying no, appropriate endings, etc) to get us there.

The week closes out with the Sagittarius Sun's smooth trine to hurting/healing Chiron. The healing comes from being confident/taking a risk. Having hope/faith. Believing in something bigger than ourselves. Coupled with the Mars trine Saturn that kicks the week off, this is also a good time to work with a teacher/older or more experienced person.

Notice life's gifts of the beginning and ending trines that take the edge off any challenges or frustrations we face this week. One as we lean into our one middle planet Saturn via reality/responsibility and the other as we lean into our other middle planet Jupiter via optimism/hope.

I hope something here is helpful. Back with some dailies and we'll look at the Moon and Pallas's station in the middle of the week.

xo all

I should note with Mars retrograde in Gemini it can be very hard to settle down and get things done. It is best to work with the energies and not expect yourself to accomplish something huge right now. Frequent breaks. Giving yourself extra time. Doing two things at a time or doing something over again is kind of par for the course with this transit, so give yourself and everyone else a break now.

Also Mars/Mercury can be dangerous energy especially with Mars retrograde and out of bounds. Tempers can flare. Our words rush out before we have thought them through. We can be moving too fast, so drive safely. Slow down. Cuts to the hands often happen with Mars/Mercury, so take care with sharp objects. Headaches. Burns. Take care of your lungs. It is easy to be shallow breathing for long periods which isn't a good idea. Don't overschedule this week and make yourself crazy. Many people will have alot to do now, but use the trine to Saturn to manage things better - say no to things that don't make practical sense for you, have patience.

new moon in sagittarius | november 23, 2022 - renewal of faith, hope and optimism, a fiery fresh start, after a demanding month, that takes us to the winter solstice

On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, the Sagittarius Moon meets the Sagittarius Sun at 5:57PM EST.

New Moons are the ideal time to set new intentions/start new things and working with Sagittarius themes (and the themes of your Sagittarius natal house) NOW allow the natural energies to work with us. As the Moon waxes (grows) over the next two weeks, and really over the next 6 months, so does whatever our intentions set into motion.

Sagittarius is a fun-loving sign (ruled by Jupiter and ruler of our collective 9th house). Sag rules travel, freedom, adventure, legal issues, higher education, politics, the media, good luck, faith, religion, weddings, optimism, truth seekers, boldly going where no man has gone before, THE QUEST  - it also might be said to rule carelessness, taking shortcuts, being sure we are right, making assumptions, throwing pink paint on problems and then looking at something else, overconfidence, impatience and superficial fluff.

Besides the monthly lunar energy of "new beginnings" this particular Moon has its own relationship with the other players in the heavens based on its position. That is where the real juice of any particular New Moon can be found.

So, let's unpack the chart!

The Moon meets the Sun at 1 degree Sagittarius. The only other aspect the Moon is making that isn't separating and out of sign is a square to Vesta. This is interesting/unusual. At first glance we see that trine to Sag ruler Jupiter, trine to Neptune, sextile to Pluto, but the Moon has to go back to Scorpio for these. I am a Scorpio rising and even I don't want to go back to Scorpio right now! These aspects precede the fresh start, but are very recent.

We are still kind of getting our bearings when the Moon meets the Sun.

The square to Vesta, freshly minted in Pisces might speak of some challenges between our fiery fresh start and a Piscean-style enthusiasm - art, music, spirituality, the past, our ancestors, illness, addiction, our victimhood, sacrifice, charity, escape tendencies, exhaustion. Vesta in Pisces speaks of our sacred devotion to something that isn't solid/real. This can be a good thing, Vesta's focus MAKES IT REAL or a big-time waste of our time as we fixate on a false dream/illusion. Maybe there is something not "real" or some kind of confusion that we need to get past/around for our fiery fresh start OR, maybe, this is something sacrificial/compassionate at odds with our Sagittarius need for freedom - those bluer skies and greener pastures over THERE. Whatever this is, squares require ACTION.

Just minutes after the Moon meets the Sun, Jupiter, ruler of this lunation as ruler of Sagittarius, stations direct at 28 degrees Pisces - here is the LUCK, the OPTIMISM, the EXPANSION, the OLD GOLD that was postponed.

The Moon's last aspect in Scorpio - her final aspect before the New Moon - was a supportive trine to a retrograde Jupiter in Pisces, then she goes void. This is an unobstructed (the brakes are off) connection between our Scorpio and Pisces houses - the past, letting go, forgiveness, compassion, death, old debts, old gold. Jupiter is still moving backward here, being 're-strained'. Then the Moon moves into Sagittarius and meets the Sun giving us the New Moon - START OF A NEW STORY, THE VERY BEGINNING, THE SEED GOES INTO THE GROUND - then the Moon moves through her Sag aspects finally going void on Friday afternoon - again with an aspect to Jupiter, but this time a square. A square to Jupiter with the Moon in Sag is mostly a good thing and will exaggerate whatever we are feeling. Now, we should be feeling GOOD. This shouldn't be a challenging square, but just keep in mind the whole "over-doing", "over-promising", "over-estimating", "over-spending" thing. We could be counting chickens not only before they've hatched, but before the chickens that will lay them have been. Still, this is what Sag asks us to do. Sag gets lucky by taking risks/having confidence.

On Wednesday, when the Moon in Scorpio trined Jupiter - Jupiter was retrograde. On Friday, when the Moon in Sagittarius - the same Moon who has just started a fresh monthly story with the Sun - squares Jupiter, Jupiter is direct. This is a different animal even though Jupiter will still be at 28 degrees Pisces, but it's not a WHOLE other animal, if you see what I mean. It's like we've turned our car from reverse to forward, but we are still parked. This change from 'reverse to forward' DOES make a difference though because when we do hit the gas or if someone hits us - we are going to move in a different direction!

With such an early New Moon, our Wednesday - Friday is kind of a preview of our month ahead (not exactly because the Sun won't do everything the Moon will do since Venus and Mercury are moving too quickly). Still, it's kind of like our month ahead. A beginning that is somehow optimistic/hopeful or a stretch/something foreign/higher. Then the Moon meets Venus and Mercury - fresh/hopeful starts with social situations, love, money, self-esteem and new conversations, information, ideas.

THEN the Moon trines Chiron. There is a vulnerability/old wound here, but also the courage/optimism/hope for a better future that makes it manageable. We have confidence. We can do this. Remember the Moon does in two and a half days what it takes the Sun about a month to do - the Sun trines Chiron on December 4th.

(note - on December 4th, and this will matter because nothing happens in a vacuum, everything is impacting everything else, in addition to the Sun trining Chiron, Venus will be squaring Neptune, so there will be something here that is tiring/confusing/not what it seems, maybe ending. Confusing situations in regard to our money, relationships, values)

THEN the Moon sextiles Saturn (Thursday) - the Sun does this on December 20th - this is good for opportunities to make things more stable, to commit, to step into our authority, good for achieving goals, receiving earned rewards.

THEN the Moon opposes Mars (Friday) - the Sun does this on December 8th. This is a conflict between our beliefs and the facts or going big/foreign vs going small/local. On Friday, this will be fleeting, but on December 8th when the Sun opposes Mars it will be a bigger deal. This will be the mid-point of the Mars retrograde cycle and the Sun will be ILLUMINATING what the cycle has been about for us. Maybe clarifying some of this fall's Mars/Neptune delusion if we have been chasing a false dream. So, we get some kind of HINT/preview about that over the next two days through the Moon/our emotions/our home/our family/our maternal inheritance.

THEN the Moon squares Neptune - echoing Mars journey with his multiple squares to Neptune. Something is confusing, drifting, maybe we want to escape/fall asleep. Maybe we catch a cold. The Sun squares Neptune on December 14th - this is draining, maybe our confidence/purpose/ego feels undermined. Maybe something is unclear/confusing. Maybe we need a break/rest.

THEN the Moon squares Jupiter. This happens for the Moon on Friday afternoon and for the Sun on December 21st. But by the time the Sun squares Jupiter in December - the Sun won't be in Sag anymore and Jupiter won't be in Pisces. The Sun will be in Capricorn (0 degrees) and Jupiter will be in Aries. This is CARDINAL starting energy, not mutable. And, at a powerful Aries point - BOTH PLANETS ON AN ARIES POINT - where our collective attention will be together. AND this is happening ON THE WINTER SOLSTICE - start of a whole new season. This is a BIG DEAL (Venus will also be trining the North Node and Uranus right about then). The Sun square Jupiter is pride, purpose, authority. Aries will pull in something new, give us courage and initiative. Tells me whatever the Moon is doing now, whatever we are doing/starting/believing, is priming the pumps and moving us toward the end of December's BIG show.

So, enjoy the New Moon.

Take a chance/stay positive - just don't go too overboard or be too idealistic or take on too much. We talked the other day about Jupiter wanting to believe what it wants to believe. We can have our head in the clouds a bit, but we need to keep our feet, at least one of them, on the ground.

And set your New Moon intentions. You truly don't want to miss this one!

NEW MOON INTENTIONS

As always, write your New Moon intentions down by hand in script. Use strong ink and a clean sheet of paper. Do this in a quiet, respectful manner in a clean space. Light a candle.

Trust the process. We have used our words to cast our S-P-E-L-L. People always say that affirmations "only work if we take action". And this is true, but not in the way some people think because the affirmation is action. It sets the energy in motion.

Words are not just words. If used properly, in the right frame of mind, they line us up energetically with the thing we are seeking. The New Moon is a time of darkness  Think seeds in the ground. Our words/our thoughts/our beliefs are our seeds.

We won't have a Sagittarius New Moon with ruler Jupiter in Pisces, the sign of his ancient rulership for another 12 years - let's not waste this one.

Set those intentions.

Know that life has heard you. Know these things are already yours.

weekly astrology forecast | November 21st to 27th, 2022 - bluer skies and greener pastures, the rainbow after the storm, new moon in packed sagittarius and a fiery fresh start

Scorpio season officially ends along with these tense T-Squares to Saturn and the Nodes - breathe a sigh of relief!

The Sun, Mercury and Venus will all be in Sagittarius - they will be opposing Mars at some point over the next couple weeks, squaring Neptune (creativity and the past, but also delusion, confusion, a need for rest) and making some awkward aspects with Uranus (change/the future), but also making smooth trines to Chiron and opportunistic sextiles to Saturn. It won't be totally smooth sailing, but for many people, especially for our fixed sign placements, things will be EASIER.

This week looks particularly OPPORTUNISTIC and lighter.

Let's unpack the week!

MONDAY - Mercury conjunct Venus

TUESDAY - Sun into Sagittarius

WEDNESDAY - New Moon in Sagittarius, Jupiter stations direct (!)

FRIDAY - Mercury trine Chiron and inconjunct North Node, Venus trine Chiron

SATURDAY - Venus inconjunct North Node

On MONDAY - Mercury meets up with, and passes, Venus. Words are higher/lighter/optimistic. We are more hopeful. For some, their faith in a benevolent universe is invigorated via information and conversations. This is good energy to THINK BIG. Talk about what you want - something that is a STRETCH. This is good news. Something to look forward to. Loving conversations. Inspirational words. If we can avoid the innate 'overdoing' hardwired into this aspect through their meeting in Sag - over-promising or boastfulness or being over-bearingly annoyingly certain - this will be a helpful meeting PLUS they start a new cycle together from a more optimistic/hopeful space.

On TUESDAY - the Sun joins Mercury and Venus in high-flying, bigger-is-better Sagittarius. Scorpio season officially ends - hopefully enough rocks have been turned over, covers pulled back and dead situations put to rest to satisfy grim-reaper Pluto for a bit. Whew. We made it. From fixed water to mutable fire is a BIG LEAP. Keep in mind, Mars is still retrograde in Sag's polarity sign of Gemini, so we are still re-doing, doing things twice or two things at once. Decisions/choices/thinking is subject to change, nothing is set in stone now. This is needed/not a bad thing.

Travel, places outside our comfort zone, foreign people/issues/situations, education (higher education than we have now), anything we are taking to a higher level, politics, religion, legal issues, weddings, the media, marketing, your Sag natal house theme - this is all Sagittarius territory, Jupiter territory (he is about to station direct in 'no limits' Pisces) - this gets a big, fiery SPOTLIGHT.

What we BELIEVE becomes more important than what we know now. There is a reason the season belongs to Santa Claus! Keep this in mind because with ALL THIS SAGITTARIUS, common sense can be lacking. We see that train coming at us and we think it won't hit us because we can't believe it's going to hit us, and then splat, we are hit. Flattened. Not that we are likely to actually get flattened here, but my Mercury in Cappy needs to mention this ;) - with Sag, sometimes we think we know things we don't know.

On WEDNESDAY - the Sagittarius Moon catches up with the Sun at 1 degrees Sagittarius. An early degree Sag New Moon with Jupiter making his direct station within minutes is a BLESSING after the challenges of Eclipse season. A FRESH START. Luck when we take a chance. We only get three fire New Moons a year, so if we have something to start, even with Mars retrograde (which, yes, we should keep in mind, because things can turn around on us and some things might have to be re-done) - there is a GREEN LIGHT now and for the next two weeks, especially with projects, etc, with some connection to the past or something we are doing again or with some connection to TWO/multiples. You get the idea.

Expect a BIG post next!

On FRIDAY - Healing words, apologies, forgiveness, our vulnerabilities are more easily acknowledged. Old wounds discussed with love and optimism. Don't be afraid to talk about hurts/problems. Healthier relationships/finances are available when we make tweaks/concessions with CHANGE. This might include changes that make us more self-sufficient, more independent, more innately ourselves, more brave, more willing to START at the beginning. Being respected/heard, feeling loved/connected can be themes we are working with.

As for the Moon and our emotional journey - we start the week with the Moon in Scorpio - Pluto wringing the last juice of the Saturn/Uranus square through us/our bone marrow - which sounds more dicey than it is probably, just remember with the Moon in Scorpio things can feel more intense/'life and death' than they usually are or maybe we are focused on Scorpian matters (taxes, insurance, other people's money, inheritances, reproduction, sex, third party situations, life/death situations), this is all well-timed for us to FINISH UP - then things lighten BIG-TIME (emotionally) with the Sun in Sag then the New Moon in Sag - we'll hit on everything here in the New Moon post. We can see FURTHER, our focus likely turns to those Sag matters we talked about for Tuesday. I am sure in the U.S, many people will be traveling for Thanksgiving or having more people over than usual or different people. Lots of connecting energy for the holiday week. Just watch your wallet/waistline, especially on Friday when the Moon squares Jupiter and we will be prone to over-doing, over-spending, over-promising, being too damn certain we are RIGHT. By the end of the week the Moon will be in sober Capricorn making more good aspects. Responsibility. Duty. Counting those cans in the cupboard as winter approaches. We are getting down to business, getting serious about SOMETHING. The Moon in Cappy ends with an opportunistic sextile to Jupiter. Expansion. Luck. It looks good.

Back with that New Moon post!

today's astrology forecast | wednesday, november 16, 2022 - the need to stand out or support someone who is, big words, the potential for good news, venus comes up for air

The Moon has been in Leo since yesterday.

We are nurtured through and our attention can turn to our collective Leo themes (also your Leo natal house theme as the Moon makes her monthly trip through this house) - creative projects, romance, children, fun, our heart, heart-centered pursuits, a need to step into the spotlight. The Moon is answering to the Sun now and we are looking for a way to SHINE.

Our lunar days in Leo are always a bit challenging with big daddy Saturn in Aquarius (Leo's polarity sign). Every month - and this happened on Tuesday night - the Moon runs into an opposition with this energy - authority/limits/the rules. So, there is always a little rain on our parade. In Leo, we want to be our regal, personal best and with Saturn all Aqua-y now there is some kind of group-think/group or goals that bring us into connection with other people/tech thing/future thing - something is HOLDING US UP. Requiring something of us that dulls our shine/slows our roll.

Today, Luna sextiles Mars at 7:11AM EST, squares the Sun at 8:26 AM EST and goes void off a square to Mercury at 6:55PM EST. She is void until 8:04PM EST when she moves into earthy Virgo.

Today's square from the Leo Moon to the Scorpio Sun is this month's Last Quarter Moon before next week's New Moon. Tension/frustration, the need to take some kind of action that requires us to be brave/confident/STAND OUT vs our need for privacy/for something to remain cocooned. Maybe there is a need for a Scorpian situation to be brought front and center/to get some ATTENTION. Maybe our intense focus, whatever we are obsessing about, needs to lighten up and have some fun. The Sun is trining Black Moon Lilith in Cancer at the same time -  a light/illumination of our womb wound/childhood or family wound or a light on the part of us that chooses ourselves - or someone who does. The feminine outcast energy is viewed through a Scorpionic (life and death, deep, truthful) lens. Secrets can come out.

At the same time it is Mercury's turn to trine Jupiter. BIG words. Expansive conversations. Some will have good news. A lucky break. There is, dare I say - optimism here. Mercury is in deep Scorpio and Jupiter in boundary-less Pisces, there can be healing, compassion, forgiveness. Think surrender. Think peace. Think faith.

This is also the day Venus (love, money, women, beauty, our values and self-esteem) rises from murky Scorpio into 'sky's the limit' Sagittarius.

Venus in Scorpio, particularly at the stressful final degrees - and with this being magnified by Jupiter - has likely had us feeling we are missing something or about to. Maybe that we need to hurry up and GET IT, make some kind of desperate, hail Mary, last minute play - probably stressing us OUT. This can also indicate something that MUST be dealt with before we can expand/move on to those greener pastures promised by the Sun's move into Sagittarius next week. What needs to end (this is Scorpio after all) before you can move forward?

Now, with Venus in Sag, our faith restored we will start to be able to see PAST the problems.

While Venus in Scorpio can be one tough cookie as she is rather committed to getting to the bottom of things/can dissect people and situations a bit too intensely/harshly, Venus in Sagittarius is lighter - values freedom and seeking higher, more expansive and enlightened "truths".

So, now, instead of being attracted to what is dark/secret/complicated, our attractions will turn to what is somehow BIGGER/something that stretches us/something we want to believe in. Sagittarius is the sign of POTENTIAL.

Sag is a fire sign and will make us more fiery/passionate about what we are wanting. Our wants will probably center around our need to KNOW or experience something MORE or be driven by what we already know/believe and even with Venus's upcoming opposition to Mars (backing through Sag's polarity sign of Gemini) the fire that starts this week is a good thing.

Sagittarius Suns and Ascendants (1st house cusps) get more attractive now - both able to attract what they want/need and easier on the eye. All our Sagittarius houses get more attractive, too. And our natal houses ruled by Venus become more expansive.

The search we began when Venus dove into Scorpio continues, but now instead of looking at the stuff that is underneath, under the hood, under the covers or releasing the stuff we are no longer magnetized to/magnetizing, Venus (as us) looks way out into the horizon at the stuff we might one day meet up with. Sagittarius is the sign of faith. Do we have faith that better days are ahead for us?

Venus in Sag is excellent energy to reach for something further out there, to work with something/someone foreign, to take something to a higher level, to stretch. We attract what we want and need by optimistically embracing potential now. We don't have to know how this is all going to turn out, we can't know that part because there isn't a 'way this is going to turn out'. What we know with Venus in Sagittarius is there will be adventure here - if we embrace our next step with an adventurous heart.

Venus will be in Sagittarius until December 9th.

weekly astrology forecast | november 14 to 20, 2022 - rewards, good news, luck with love and money plus that draining and confusing Mars/neptune square is back

We move into this week with that Taurus Lunar Eclipse in our rearview mirror. Sort of - keep in mind its ramifications/fallout will be felt for months and WITH the North Node (our best path forward) conjunct planet-of-change Uranus, it will be in our BEST interest to choose what is new and uncharted over what is old and intimate as often as possible until the next set of Eclipses next spring, particularly in regard to the theme of our natal Taurus houses!

Early in the week the Moon in Leo steps into the cross-hairs of the ongoing Fixed T-Square extending tension/frustration - but also some back-against-the-wall power moves - for those with mid-degree fixed planets/points, luckily for us the Grand Water Trine continues, too, and there is lots of fresh energy and GOOD NEWS this week (this is already happening).

The biggest challenge will be the second of three squares between Mars and Neptune - this is the part of their journey together with BOTH planets retrograde. We talked about this in the Mars retro post HERE. This might bring uncertainty, loss of focus/ambition, challenges, delays, lies, addictions, exhaustion. It wouldn't be the time to make big outward moves, but this is good energy for internal work. There is no fast route right now and there is a reason for this (so much will change next year, rushing now will just mean more back-tracking later). We need to pace ourselves. Even a retrograde Neptune will beat Mars - trust your intuition, rest as needed, turn to inspirational art/music, pray, meditate, avoid drugs/alcohol, take your vitamins. There could be a chance to 're-do' a previous action/a previous avoidance or a drift off-course - the Mars/Neptune takes us back to mid-October. Does something we did back then need to change? Make an adjustment, but don't make too big a move during the square with Neptune. The momentum of a smallish adjustment will carry us further now than it would otherwise. Mars is retrograde take your time. Breathe.

ALL WEEK we have smooth trines to Jupiter - excellent for healing, expansion, confidence, luck, improved relationships, money, good news, OLD GOLD - note with Jupiter in Pisces this will make all of us more emotional, psychic, intuitive, porous. We also have TWO inner planets move into Jupiter ruled Sagittarius in preparation for next weeks' Sagittarius New Moon which happens just moments before Jupiter stations direct.

Coincidence? I don't think so!

Get ready Sagittarius! You are about to take center stage. And all our Sagittarius natal houses are waking up BIG TIME.

The middle of the week first Venus and then Mercury come up from the deep waters of Scorpio into the bluer skies of Sagittarius - we should feel this one!

Now, let's unpack the week!

MONDAY - Mercury trine Pallas then sextile Pluto, Sun trine Neptune (Grand Water Trine continues!)

TUESDAY - Venus trine Jupiter, Sun inconjunct Mars

WEDNESDAY - Mercury trine Jupiter, Venus enters Sagittarius

THURSDAY - Mercury enters Sagittarius

FRIDAY - Sun sextile Pluto

SATURDAY - Mars square Neptune (second of three)

SUNDAY - Sun trine Jupiter, Vesta enters Pisces

On MONDAY, Mercury trines Pallas then sextiles Pluto. This speaks of negotiations/strategy that creates REAL change/power. Maybe we are negotiating/strategizing within a third party situation or with a Scorpian matter - merged money, other people's money, taxes, insurance, inheritances, life/death matters, reproduction, sex, intimacy. This is speaking truth to power, opportunities to step into a more authentic power. Nurturing words are powerful. The energy this week is SO encouraging for Russia/Ukraine peace talks, let's pray something gets started/going with this. The Sun's smooth trine to Neptune is compassionate/forgiving and will have boundaries (and egos) dissolving. Some of us will be sliding right into deep water. Is this a good thing? It better be! Better keep one foot on the ground folks though, just in case - the sextile to Pluto in sober Cappy will help.

On TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY and SUNDAY - first Venus and then Mercury and finally the Sun all trine benevolent Jupiter. This is powerful and expansive and OPTIMISTIC. Relationships can benefit. Love grows. Good news can come in. We can FEEL GOOD, expansive, generous.

(with Jupiter we just need to watch we don't "over" anything, as in over-do, over-promise, over-extend ourselves)

Venus trines Jupiter (in Pisces) then enters Sagittarius answering to Jupiter. Mercury trines Jupiter then enters Sagittarius. The Sun trines Jupiter (will enter Sagittarius next week). Here is the good that can come from Jupiter's retrograde back into Pisces. All so divinely orchestrated. OLD GOLD is being mined. Second chances to get it right. Have faith. Optimism. Courage. Venus trine Jupiter all by itself is one of our best aspects! Then we get Mercury and the Sun following in her footsteps. This doesn't happen everyday or month or year folks. With Jupiter in Pisces there are connections here to our past, ancestors, past lives. Every good thing we have ever done. Miracles. Trines are smooth flow and this is all water. Something is drifting into place or out of the picture to make room for something BETTER.

On FRIDAY - the Sun in Scorpio, so answering to Pluto, sextiles Pluto. We are powerful/stepping into our responsibility. There is certainty/truth here somewhere. "Death" creates opportunity. No resistance, so we can go deeper, further. Situations align that create opportunity for personal transformation.

On SATURDAY - the Mars/Neptune becomes exact - this is in play all week and as a three-peating aspect will probably be felt by all of us in some way. Discouragement. Disappointment. Distractions. Our actions can drift off course. Check in with people in recovery, they will need love/compassion/encouragement. This square can energize creative projects, but also cause things to drift off course or seem better or worse than they actually are. We can get caught up in things that aren't REAL. Water problems are possible. Stay frosty, keep moving, expect to zig and zag and hit delays - but avoid big, sudden changes of direction this week if possible. Give yourself and other people a break with this in play. People are tired.

We need to find compassion (Neptune in Pisces) for those who think/act/choose differently than we do (Mars in Gemini). We need to toss up the white flag/make our peace (Neptune, retrograde in Pisces) with the things we cannot change (Mars retrograde in Gemini). We need to let go (Neptune) of our anger (Mars). The final square will be with both planets direct on March 10, 2023.

On SUNDAY  - we get the final trine to Jupiter in Pisces through the Sun - our solar energy/ego in smooth flow with confidence, luck, expansion. Fears and obsessions dissolve. This is optimism, opportunity (also can encourage us to take things too far) and happens just as Vesta - the fire we must keep burning - moves into Pisces, too. Vesta in Pisces will make the sacred our sacred focus. Pisces matters matter more now. We will need more rest. Feel more nostalgic. The past will have our attention/might keep us up at night. Prayer and meditation will be more powerful. So will medication and drugs/alcohol so be warned. The mystical/the magical will be where our attention is needed

Back with some dailies!

today's astrology forecast | Thursday, November 10th, 2022 - blocks and rocks and loving your flock

The Moon is in Gemini now - we are nurtured through ideas/learning, conversations, variety, versatility, humor/logic, pairs of things, interactions within our local community, with our siblings, our tech/transportation, commerce (sounds random, but think about Mercury/Hermes, ruler of Gemini, our fleet footed and trickster messenger and about how ideas and other things spread). Her only aspects today are a supportive trine to Saturn and her Waxing Inconjunct to the Sun tonight (EST).

This is also the day Mercury squares Saturn - which will be followed by the Sun's square to Saturn tomorrow - and Venus trines Neptune (and makes a beautiful Grand Water trine with BML) is exact today - OUR BEST ASPECT OF THE WEEK - so there is quite a bit going on for the next couple days.

The Waxing Inconjunct is Gemini/Scorpio and speaks of difficult communications (Mercury/Saturn is echoing this). The Sun in Scorpio is focused/deep/not wanting to push things under the sofa. The Moon in Gemini comes in like a breath of fresh air, wanting to keep things light, but surface, adds humor. The Moon wants us to lighten things up a bit. The Sun to go deeper - have that uncomfortable conversation, look at that information we don't want to see, make that call we are wanting to avoid. So, there is some give and take here. No easy answers. Rocks and hard places.

With Mercury/Saturn happening at the same time, there will be limits on what can be said. The Scorpio/Aquarius square is the tension/challenge between deep emotions that have become 'stuck' and intellectual thinking that has also become 'stuck'. There is some kind of stubborn resistance here.

Rather than obsessing about what we can't say, the "no" we are getting or what might go wrong,

access to this beautiful Grand Water Trine today speaks of accepting that these are the limits we are dealing with. The trine speaks of holding a gentle, quiet space for ourselves and for other people (our wound wombs, childhood triggers, need to choose ourselves more emotionally felt/visible now), so it's not really about the words or information anyway. Compassionate attitudes, healing and forgiving thoughts are helpful, even as we are working through the heaviness of the squares and inconjuncts. The Grand Water Trine speaks of universal love and connection.

The trine is very creative - maybe there are solutions (or releases) we hadn't thought about. Mercury can still get back to himself (Gemini) through Mars, so what action is needed? What would make us feel better? What would make us stronger? The Sun squares Saturn tomorrow which is challenging, yes, but also excellent energy to exert discipline and get things done.

If our way is blocked, can we go around? Focus (Scorpio), then step back (Aquarius) and allow your vision to expand/almost blur for a minute - what else do you see?

Sometimes during Scorpio season we get so enmeshed/so focused we need these 'annoyances and challenges' or we just create more problems for ourselves. Like digging a very deep hole in the dirt and then not being able to climb out. So, stuff, ie people/situations, etc - comes along to stay our shovel.

And keep in mind the Moon's trine to the very same Saturn that is giving the Sun and Mercury so much trouble. That Gemini/Aquarius trine. Keeping things light. Doing more than one thing or something twice. Applying humor. Being smart. With Saturn - doing the work.

I hope something here is helpful.

eclipse shake-ups and changes ... finding our way to what is most valuable, the winding road to prosperity and peace and love

This has been an intense couple weeks. It's all been building toward today as the emotional baggage of the last six months peaks and then will start to wane. Certainly when our nervous systems get hit with one thing after another, when we don't have time to process one thing before another stressful thing is happening - the pressure can feel immense.

It's been awhile since we have had an Eclipse cycle this INTENSE.

We have the Earth, Moon and Uranus in Taurus opposing the Sun and Mercury and Venus in Scorpio.

Taurus is ruled by Venus and rules our collective second house of everything money can buy and everything money can't. She rules finances, love, stability, security and comfort. She rules our values and also represents Mother Earth. Taurus energy is nurturing - it brings us back to ourselves. It also represents fear based thinking when our security is threatened (real or imagined) focusing us on all the reasons something we want to do won't work or all the reasons we can't have what we want. Taurus energy is stubborn (like the bull) or passive (like the cow).

With Taurus/Scorpio - we either own it (whatever "it" is) or it doesn't belong to us.

Like all Full Moons, this a Sun/Moon opposition. The Sun is in deep, dark, transformative Scorpio and the Moon is in earthy, grounded Taurus. Full Moons represent fullness, peak power, endings - that moment of our breath when our lungs are full just a second before we begin to exhale. Oppositions are just what they sound like and often at a Full Moon we might find ourselves working with the polarity of the two energies involved. With Scorpio, some transformation comes to light (Full Moons bring things to light, but with Eclipses something is obscured, too, or something from the past comes to light) maybe we have to surrender, there could be a loss of something - money/control - with Taurus, we turn toward the present moment - what already exists. We take solace in what brings us comfort - nature, food, our physical senses.

With the Sun on Mercury during a Full Moon -  A MESSAGE IS BEING DELIVERED. With Mercury in Scorpio - it is INTENSE. Can feel like 'life and death' although it most often isn't. And with Mercury getting back to his Gemini-self through that retrograde Mars - the message not only has its feet in the past, but it gets delivered MORE THAN ONCE. It won't be ignored.

Then add in Uranus with the Moon as the Moon transits her North Node. So Uranus - the planet of change and liberation and individuality and chaos and trauma - is as close to the Earth as he can get. This creates physical RESTLESSNESS, extreme SENSITIVITY. We are being triggered all over the place and so is everyone else. We have to adapt quickly to rapidly changing and uncomfortable conditions (sometimes uncomfortable because they are challenging and sometimes uncomfortable because they are new) and these are our FIXED signs and placements that are being required to change/adjust/adapt - the signs that hold everything TOGETHER.

AND the Moon, Sun, Uranus, Mercury and Venus (ruler of this Full Moon and in her detriment in Scorpio and blown out by the Sun) are ALL squaring daddy Saturn. Yes, of the 'eats his children' fame. The FIXED T-SQUARE adds more pressure. Speaks of our responsibilities. Limits. Authority. The reality of the situation. In Aquarius - our responsibilities to groups/causes. To our individuality. To our freedom. To the future.

So, on one hand what is happening now - what we do now, what we think, how we act, what we absorb, matters, but on the other hand, this is a CULMINATION Moon - it's too late to change our mind. We are married to this moment. If we like what is happening that is good news. If we don't, the good news is - with all these connecting portals open (planetary energies in conversations with each other) and with this dramatic timeline shift (the computer-like "reset" of the Eclipse powered up by future-focused, erratic Uranus) MANY DOORS are opening. Although this Lunar Eclipse might have us FOCUSED ON WHAT WE ARE LOSING - we will want to turn our focus on the small fertile patch of land OVER THERE.

The Moon's maneuvers in Taurus are a prequel of our month ahead and, in this case, being a Lunar Eclipse, really this is our next 6 months. She has opposed Mercury and the Sun. She meets Uranus and squares Saturn. She opposes, Taurus ruler, Venus. Then she sextiles Neptune - reminds us of the dream(!), brings assistance from God/our goodness/our ancestors. We let go and let God. She trines Pluto, the modern ruler of Scorpio - EMPOWERMENT.

Her final aspect is a smooth sextile to Jupiter, who has just backed into Pisces to offer us the gift of a HAPPY ENDING.

From last week's post- "Jupiter is Zeus, king of the Gods. He is strong in Pisces, but covering old ground. There is something we missed back here in Pisces, something we dropped and need to find. Jupiter in Pisces (among other things) is our impulse to DO GOOD. To be benevolent/charitable. We will feel these kind of impulses now and over the next few weeks. For some people, they will just follow that impulse and do the thing. Other people will overthink the impulse (because Mars is retrograde in Gemini) and think of the reasons why they shouldn't do whatever the impulse is telling them to do (that is good, benevolent, charitable) and then not do it. And still other people will weigh the pros and cons - which is still possible now, with Mars' ruler Mercury in Scorpio (that mutual reception thing we talked about before), so Mercury (our thinking) can get back to himself through Mars - choices, multiple things, doing things twice, etc. There are always reasons not to follow our good instincts, so are we in the habit of following the good reasons or the good instincts? Following our Jupertarian good instincts is really our shortest path to prosperity. Jupiter is also about our joy - so are we in the habit of being joyful/seeking joy or in the habit of thinking "I will be joyful when ...". Or maybe instead of being in the habit of following our joy we are in the habit of waiting for it. And, of course this isn't always, or maybe even usually, a conscious thing. We are in Eclipse season, this is a time of deep noticing, so think about it. We don't want to miss these gold nuggets we missed the first time through here, AGAIN. Mars is retrograde in Gemini - change is possible, we are getting this long period of "re" energy to work with. Jupiter is about THE EXTRA and in Pisces, this EXTRA is unlimited. Something to think about."

So, after the disruptive news, the changes, the reality checks, the losses - we have the connections to our past, the old dreams/more simple dreams, connections with our faith/hope/God, we feel empowered, and then what happens?

Well, then we get lucky, folks. Somehow. In some way. We get LUCKY.

today's astrology forecast | monday, November 7th, 2022 - the final testing week begins

The Moon moved into Taurus at 12:15 AM EST. The sign of her exaltation. The sign of tomorrow's Eclipse. Could you feel it?

Venus squared Saturn at 5:34AM EST. The first of this week's three squares to the Lord of Karma. This is an unusually long and powerful TEST. This wouldn't be the day to push too hard with Venusian themes - relationships, money, beauty, resources, values, self-esteem. Venus/Saturn aspects can be hard - we might be seeing/feeling what we don't have. We might feel alone or old. Or maybe we are feeling the tight squeeze of depleted resources. Squares create tension/frustration. Know this going in. Saturn is our reality check. Shows us where we stand. In Aquarius, he is the smart, but detached father. It isn't personal. But to us this probably is, so it might hurt. In a couple days Venus will trine Neptune and then next week Venus will sextile Pluto and trine Jupiter, so once we get past this challenge - things improve/feel better, maybe greatly. Doing the responsible and right thing now/hitting the road block now/feeling the cold winds now are what get us there. The square tells us action/change is required to move forward. Saturn is pushing us this week to define our personal future. What do you really value? What do you really want?

At the same time Mercury is moving off his meeting with the South Node, EXACT yesterday. What message was delivered/is being delivered? In Scorpio, it might have been what was not said out loud that we need to pay attention to. Maybe a secret was/is uncovered. Or just the 'same old/same old' complicated drama we were shown/felt that needs to end. Empty mergings - intimate and otherwise. Jealousies. Compulsions. Some focus on what is dead/dying. Or maybe it is a way of communicating that needs to end. The South Node is the past, but also where we are right now. In order to reach the North Node better future - the more fertile/simple grounds of Taurus (which yes, houses Uranus right now, so involves some rocking and rolling) - we have to turn away from the Scorpio COMPLICATION. Maybe it is some kind of third party situation that needs to end. Or something we have been obsessing over. Or a power-struggle/manipulation we are engaged in. Some deep research/problem solving that needs to be put away in a box, in a closet, at least for now.

In this lead up to the Eclipse/time-line shift, everything we do matters.

Follow the small inner prompts.

Know that the Eclipse will create increased energies around collective Taurean subjects like money, our values, being valued, our possessions, talents, resources, our products and purchases, the things we find comfortable/necessary. There will be endings here/culminations - this isn't a bad thing, but it can be surprising/create change which might be uncomfortable. The 2 billion Power Ball lottery is an example of how Taurus things will culminate in BIG ways now.

The Moon herself makes no aspects today, but tomorrow's aspects are APPLYING and some people will feel them strongly now. Tomorrow, the Moon will oppose Mercury and the Sun, meet Uranus, square Saturn, opposes Venus and sextile Neptune. On Wednesday, she will sextile Jupiter and go void off a trine to Pluto. Her last three aspects are all positive/smooth. Something here is ending well and it's all about our timing.

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in taurus | Tuesday, November 8, 2022 - a change of fate, major timeline shift

On Tuesday morning at 6:02AM EST, the Taurus Moon opposes the Scorpio Sun at 16 degrees, giving us this month's Full Moon, our annual Full Moon in Taurus. Happening so near the Moon's nodes (at 13 degrees) makes this one a Total Lunar Eclipse.

Eclipses can act as a kind of cosmic reboot - like when we download new software and have to turn our computer off and back on for the newly downloaded material to function properly. Except in this case, we are the computer, and our connection to a changing cosmos gets "reset". Eclipses are some of the most dramatic means life has to draw our attention to spaces that need to change. They allow us to move from one level to another in some area of our lives very quickly.

We will just jump right into this one.

The Moon is exalted in Taurus and conjunct Uranus EXACT. The Sun is sandwiched between Mercury and Venus (she is the ruler of Taurus and so the ruler of this Eclipse). Pallas is conjunct Black Moon Lilith EXACT. The Moon trines Ceres (I see Ceres as another possible ruler for Taurus) who is conjunct asteroids Dionysus and Thereus EXACT. The North Node is conjunct asteroid Niobe EXACT. The Moon and Sun square Saturn - applying. Venus, ruler of the lunation is trining Neptune.

The Moon's conjunction with Uranus speaks of a culmination/ending/peak - abrupt and likely chaotic - involving some aspect of our comfort, our wants, our money, our resources, our stability.

The Moon with Uranus now can make us feel anxious, antsy, rebellious, overwhelmed. There is electricity in the air, which I suppose might feel energizing, like standing on your porch in a thunderstorm. But not so energizing if the lightning strikes too close. If you have planets or points near 16 degrees of the fixed signs, please take this seriously. Turn off the news. Eat food grown from the Earth. Get extra rest. Sleep. Breathe.

Eclipses are times outside of time and Eclipse energies work both forward and backward. Eclipse events also play out over longer timetables than regular Full Moons - here, at least until the next set of Eclipses in about 6 months. In the end, because remember the North Node (the future) is conjunct Uranus in fixed earth Taurus - the changes NOW and over the next few months will lead us to something more fertile/sustaining/simple, but will come through surprising and maybe chaotic situations.

With the Sun's conjunction to Mercury, their superior conjunction (concluding a story that started in late September) being exact on the Eclipse - news, a conversation, communication, information is a part of this lunation's DISRUPTION, culmination, liberation.

During a total Lunar Eclipse, the Sun, is temporarily and COMPLETELY blocked.

So, either all information is NOT known/something is hidden - we don't get the full story/can't see the whole picture right now or something that was hidden is now revealed - maybe in an instant with that fast Uranus.

With Uranus opposing the Sun/Mercury conjunction we are shocked/surprised. What we see/hear is not what we expect to see/hear. With Uranus retrograde the surprise/shock will be something we COULD have seen coming, so #unexpected, but #not-totally-unexpected. Brilliant ideas will find their way to minds who will make use of them. Pay attention.

The Eclipse squares Saturn invigorating the waning Saturn/Uranus square and increasing the PRESSURE.

There is some kind of reality check here. A limit. An ending. Venus is squaring Saturn, so we might be seeing what we can't have or feeling alone or old. Or maybe it is us who are setting a boundary or saying "no". The Eclipse powers this up. If we are the one releasing powerful information/words - the genie is out of the bottle once we do. There is no stopping whatever we put into play here. Babies tossed with dirty bathwater stay tossed. There are no Lifetime movie revivals. Think about what you are saying/doing. Words are powerful/decisive and final.

Uranus is a trauma signature. With Pallas in Cancer now conjunct Black Moon Lilith (our wound womb/woman who chooses herself) and trining both Venus and Neptune, there is something here about letting go of the past-life/ancestral trauma we carried into this life with us that was then triggered by our parents/early childhood experiences. Often what keeps us holding onto trauma is pride (the polarity of pride/shame). Niobe, an asteroid who represents how we can be damaged by our pride, is sitting EXACT on the North Node during this Full Moon. Maybe it is a kind of 'humbling' that gets us on our North Node path and teaches an important, and liberating, lesson.

(there is something about old trauma that whispers silently "remember what happened last time!" and then, in a panic to protect ourselves, we miss the chance to open our hearts and minds and make new choices, most of this being an unconscious thing, like the muscle memory that helps us tie our shoes in the morning - Mars, retrograde in Gemini will help us with this 'making new choices' thing, so will an eclipse that forces our hand - take a moment to breathe, to respond and not react)

Ceres is trining the Full Moon and is exactly conjunct asteroids Dionysus and Thereus. She is in Virgo, possibly speaking of Earth events such as weather or climate changes. Her EXACT trine pulls 16 degrees Virgo into Full Moon events for anyone with planets/points there, and, pulls in the theme of our natal Virgo houses and also collective themes of health, daily routines, pets, work. Her conjunction with Dionysus (a complicated character, but mostly known for a kind of hedonistic lifestyle, wine, inebriation, gender-bender alliances) and Thereus. There isn't much information out there about Centaur Asteroid Thereus. Like Pholus, he bridges Saturn and Neptune - the known and the unknown. In Ovid's Metamorphoses, Thereus was spoken of as a centaur said to hunt bears and then drag them around alive and wounded. Since the story noted Thereus's cruelty as a hunter (also his boldness and strength dragging the large wounded animal around for all to see) he was deemed monstrous. Dionysus also had a "bear" connection which makes me think, during a Taurus Eclipse of bear markets and bare shelves and polar bears. Sitting with Ceres (Mother Nature) and trining this lunation might speak of themes that bring about the 'perfect storm'.

Another thing Ceres often represents is NEGOTIATION. It could be the news/sudden information or disruptive conversation requires an old school bare/bear-knuckled negotiation. I'd say a 'take no prisoners' kind of thing, but since Thereus did (take prisoners I mean, which is where the bears comes in), maybe not. As a fixed sign, Mercury in Scorpio isn't much of a negotiator - although people born with Mercury in Scorpio will usually have some Libra in them that pulls those skills in, but remember with Mars in Gemini (and the mutual reception thing) Mercury can get back to himself through Mars and Mercury in Gemini is a good negotiator. Maybe the best.

The connection with Uranus is connecting us with the FUTURE so we are sending energy - whether consciously or unconsciously - to the future we will inhabit. We will surely be more Aquarian, for better and worse, because we can't solve Age of Aquarius problems with Age of Pisces thinking. Uranus is the modern ruler of Aquarius, and Saturn, the ancient ruler, is squaring Uranus during the lunation pulling the 2021/2022 Saturn/Uranus square into play here - after this Eclipse this will be solidly in our REARVIEW MIRROR. The old vs the new. Stability and stagnation vs change and chaos.

As with any Full Moon, it is good to physically wrap something up. Hmm, maybe a Christmas present, that sounds nice, although I haven't bought any. Maybe you have.

I always bring a bag of clothes/items to Goodwill. Pay bills. Conclude things that are easy to conclude. I always walk in Full Moons, but am too superstitious to walk in Eclipses, especially this one which is hitting my chart. If you are paying attention, you are surely seeing all kinds of connecting things in your life over the past couple weeks as the Scorpio/Taurus Eclipses play out - this will continue this week as well.

Eclipses are all about the North/South Nodes of the Moon that we talked about HERE, so maybe something here is helpful now.

The saving grace of this lunation is Venus's trine to Neptune (and widely to Jupiter). These aspects will perfect NEXT WEEK when things will FEEL BETTER. Our joy/happiness/peace/balance increase when we release whatever we have been fixated on in Scorpio/hanging onto in Taurus. The release - this week - opens us up for the love and compassion we will feel next week. The most important things in life are infinite. This makes me think of when something terrible happens (and I am certainly not saying it will!) and we are shocked or upset, but once we accept it cannot be changed and resolve ourselves to making it work or going with the flow of what is happening a certain peace comes into the situation.

What we value by the time the North Node leaves Taurus next summer will be TRULY VALUABLE.

The week ahead in a quickie:

Squares to Saturn really dominate the week ahead with Venus (Monday), Mercury (Thursday) and the Sun (Friday) all squaring Saturn in Aquarius. Squares from planets in Scorpio will feel intense/all or nothing, obsessive, maybe like something is 'life and death'. There will be reality checks. Financial issues. Communication issues. Limits. Responsibilities. We might be doubting ourselves. If we have over-estimated anything - from our abilities to our bank account to how much we can depend on someone else - here is where we get brought back down to Earth. The squares to Saturn will require us to be responsible, work within certain rules and structures.

The best aspect of the week (and the Eclipse) is likely Venus's trine to Neptune which gives us a smooth/easy opportunity to release old entanglements/blocks and access ancestral inheritances through compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice, music, art and surrender. Prayer works. Meditation works. Your past goodness is helping. Your ancestors are helping. There is more in your bank account than dollars.

Hidden information can come out, truths or intimate communications can create disorder, liberation or even a total change of direction. Weather/resource issues are possible. Financial  changes for better or worse. So, schedule light this week because unexpected situations will come up. Take breaks and practice self care as needed. Give other people a break, too because we are all dealing with these challenging energies.

I hope something here is helpful. Am under the weather again here, had covid during the last Eclipse cycle and had a totally draining day, so this isn't as detailed as I planned, but I will be back as we move through the week and this all plays out!

As for the U.S. elections - I would guess the polling will not be so accurate and we can 'expect the unexpected'.

being the observer and not the absorber, then from water to fire, tomorrow's necessary changes and action, saturday is not a day to be too comfortable ..

The Moon is finishing up in Pisces today. Hopefully you took yesterday's respite/healing. Maybe allowed that connection to universal love to heal some tension that Aquarius Moon broke open. As I said in the weekly HERE, Thursday (even this morning) was the calm in the storm (keep in mind this is the EYE of the storm). That Pisces energy continues for most of today, although unlike yesterday, today it is not unchallenged. It's still a good time to make amends/apologies. To make art/music. To pray/meditate. Pisces Moons can bring a magical healing of the tensions between people. Words are connecting/well-received. Yesterday, Venus moved over the South Node - old money, old relationships, things might need to be purchased/paid for that should have already been purchased/paid for. Things/people/situations we used to love are being looked at intensely with an eye toward tossing what is dead/life-less. Or those things are being shaken abruptly loose (Venus's opposition to Uranus).

Today, the Pisces energy is more agitated/overwhelming. There are meetings with Neptune and Jupiter. A square to that retrograde Mars. We are still very sensitive (so is everyone else) and likely nostalgic. There is an opportunistic sextile to Pluto in Capricorn - we want to use that to stay on course/get things done. The Moon's closing meeting with Jupiter this evening (EDT) makes everything BIGGER, but also brings faith/hope, the luck that comes when we - take a chance, follow our good instincts, are confident.

Let's talk about Jupiter for a  minute before we look at tomorrow because I never did do a post about his return to Pisces. Jupiter back in Pisces brings another connection to what we had going on back in May 2022. Neptune, the ruler of Pisces has been in Pisces for over a decade and has a couple years to go. Jupiter, the ancient ruler of Pisces, has recently returned to Pisces for just a few weeks, before he heads back into Aries for the BIG START.

Jupiter is Zeus, king of the Gods. He is strong in Pisces, but covering old ground. This isn't a bad thing, but exactly where we need to be. Something to think about. Also remember, today, with multiple Pisces aspects, through our sensitive Moon (and a sensitive Moon itself may not feel good to you depending on your own Moon), notice what you are ABSORBING. If it is something you don't want/doesn't serve you - push back into observer mode and shake it off.

OK, on to tomorrow, which in most ways is already in play.

On SATURDAY, we have the Sun conjunct the South Node, Venus opposing Uranus and the Aries Moon inconjunct the Scorpio Sun. We talked about most of this in the weekly - surprises with love, money. Old intensities/mergers/power struggles/obsessions/big money/Scorpio stuff brought into the spotlight, so it can be released or transformed. If we are TOO comfortable on Saturday, this will probably NOT be a good thing.

Saturday's Moon is this month's Waxing Inconjunct. Our LAST adjustment - remember we just talked about the Aquarius square as an adjustment needed before the Eclipse. Well, here is really the LAST one. This one hits us from Aries - our action, ambition, anger, initiative, courage.

The Aries Moon (13 degrees - which is the degree of the Nodes and Sun now in fixed signs) moves into a square with the Scorpio Sun. The Scorpio Sun is intensely focused on what's under the covers/the hood. The deep. The complicated. The Aries Moon comes along and wants/needs something RIGHT NOW. Some kind of adjustment is needed. Aries action - so brave, assertive, quick, likely short-term. We are working with what is right in front of us. And we have to take this action/maybe deal with this (it could be an Aries person, too - maybe even angry or aggressive), so the Lunar Eclipse energy - a few days from now - when the Moon is in Taurus and OPPOSING the Sun - will be PAST THIS. Does that make sense? What is frustrating now needs to be dealt with now. This probably won't be a long-term fix and it may be uncomfortable if you aren't comfortable with Aries energy of quick action. Think of that Fool card in Tarot - off he/we go! Note - the Moon will be merged with Chiron when she inconjuncts the Sun, connecting with our vulnerabilities/wounds, making this more challenging, BUT also MORE EMPOWERING. There is a give and take here, rock and hard place. Things won't be tied up with a big red bow easily, or maybe at all, so don't expect that, but we have work to do here. The Moon will be applying to Sunday's sextile to Mars, ruler of Aries, which will help, especially with old situations that require new action.

(for some people, the Aries Moon might speak of the need for physical exercise or even sex, or one person's need for sex and another person's need for intimacy)

I am not sure if my next post will be the Eclipse post or more build-up to the Eclipse. I think we have to get back to Venus because so much relationship/money/resource stuff is being activated.

In the meantime, you should feel the Aries energy come into play tonight as the Moon leaves Pisces - water for fire.

Allow yourself access to this energy/allow yourself to get fired up. Just remember all the background challenging energies and keep yourself safe. Some people will be itching for a reason to be an angry/irritated assh*le.

the importance of what is happening right now in Aquarius ... cosmic second chances and course corrections, do your Saturn!

We are in the Eclipse spin cycle - moving EXACTLY (since last night until tomorrow morning) through the midpoint of the powerful Scorpio Solar Eclipse (conjunct Venus - the more psychological Eclipse) and the powerful Taurus Lunar Eclipse (conjunct Uranus - the more physical Eclipse).

It's All Saint's Day. The Day of the Dead. The veils are very thin.

What we are doing now, how we are responding to what is happening, what we are saying/re-saying, thinking/re-thinking, what makes us uncomfortable, what makes us angry is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

Karmic knots are coming untangled.

Today, the Moon is in Aquarius. The sign of the FUTURE.

Through today's machinations the 2021 - 2022 Saturn/Uranus square is pulled into our physical bodies - her square to the South Node/Scorpio, her square to the North Node/Taurus, this afternoon's square to Uranus in Taurus, tonight's crash landing on Saturn/Aquarius - which doesn't have to be a crash. These are the same physical bodies that are made of the bodies of our parents and their parents (the momentum from which we came) AND carry the seeds of our children (even when your physical childbearing days are long behind you). The same is true of our past lives and future lives.

Our time is not our own. What we do now is not just about us.

We are reaching backward and the future is reaching backward toward us.

The Aquarius Moon can be eccentric, detached, rebellious - she pushes us to be authentic. Sometimes the Moon in Aquarius will create emotional chaos, connecting with the trauma-holding, higher-mind of Uranus, and knowing intuitively the kinds of splintered conflict that might lead to awakening - breakdown to breakthrough.

The Sun is in Scorpio and the Moon will square him, too. The Aquarius Moon allows us to step back a bit from situations that have grown too intense AND also reminds us that freedom/liberation always comes with a cost.

The empty leg of this whole thing is LEO. Our heart. Creativity. Love. Our hero's journey. Our spark. And, yes, Leo is also the 'ego' and greed and more complicated than this, but let's keep in mind, something in our current situation may be lacking the Leo - because the leg is empty - so, there is something here - or within the theme of our natal Leo house - that needs to be brought to the table as our hands are emptied and cards played (the Eclipses play out).

This is fixed energy. Something has to BREAK. Or maybe it broke last night?

Today, as the Moon approaches Saturn - the ancient ruler of Aquarius, so this is not a bad thing, but it is a SERIOUS/SOBER thing - we want to be doing the RIGHT THING. This isn't the thing that is different for everyone. This is the universal RIGHT THING. Saturn's right thing. Your responsibility. You know what this is.

This is a BIG freaking deal.

The same thing occurred six months ago during the last Scorpio/Taurus Eclipses. What was going on for you last May - actually, late April through about the middle of May - the days around last Mother's Day? THIS IS OUR SECOND CHANCE WITH THIS STUFF. If we didn't do the 'right thing' then, we can do the right thing now. Note - situations may not be exactly the same, but you can see/feel the connections. It's not our last chance, but we don't want to wait until our last chance because the next one in six months (which also, isn't really the last, but do you want to wait 18 years!) doesn't have this one's THUNDERBOLT. We want to get it right this time. We don't have to get it perfect. Life is pushing us/squeezing us to get us on a better timeline - something more fertile, abundant, self-valuing, more simple.

If we are feeling the squeeze right now, we are getting a SECOND CHANCE.

After the Moon squares the Nodes, three personal planets are crossing the South Node of Fate while opposing change-maker Uranus. This is a very BIG DEAL. There are past life/familial connections to almost everything right now. It is not a coincidence the OTHER personal planet, Mars, is retrograde in dualistic Gemini. Changing our mind. Changing our actions. More second chances.

After the Moon meets and passes Saturn tonight we will be on our course for that Lunar Eclipse on Uranus next Tuesday. Is there an adjustment (in our actions, attitude, language, thinking, beliefs) as a result of what happened last night/today that needs to happen before that Taurus Eclipse's THUNDERBOLT?

Tomorrow morning, the Aquarius Moon will meet up with Vesta - the fire we 'need to keep burning' to stay alive. Our sacred focus. Notice what you are thinking/talking about. Watch your language - this is a powerful time to ENGAGE YOUR MIND/connect with genius thinking that pulls us into the future. The Moon/Vesta conjunction will be in a smooth air trine to that retrograde Mars in Gemini. This is the Moon's final aspect in fixed air Aquarius before she squares the Nodes of Fate during next week's Eclipse from fixed earth Taurus. A trine to that 'doing things twice/doing two things at once' retrograde Mars. Smooth flow. Brakes off. Something can slide right into place. This is fast energy, maybe agitated/angry/impulsive. But it is getting things into the open that need to be in the open. Cards are getting reshuffled. Quickly.

This mid-point of the Eclipse cycle matters.

Our Aquarius house is being tested today and tomorrow- A MINI-VERSION OF WHAT THE SATURN/URANUS SQUARE HAS BEEN ALL ABOUT - the battle for the Age of Aquarius!!

Here is a quick rundown. Use your rising sign for best results, if you don't know your rising sign, you can always bring your Sun to the first house and use that, both are in play here.

The Moon/Saturn today is about (note - Aries is also a collective influence) -

ARIES rising - this is about your groups, friendships, the goals that bring you into connection with other people, the future, your responsibility to the collective

TAURUS rising - gets a challenging square - this is about your career, reputation, voice in the world, step into your responsibility, the North Node is in your sign - you are undergoing a personal rebirth

GEMINI rising - gets a supportive air trine - this is about your beliefs, your travels, religion, legal situations, higher education, weddings

CANCER rising - this is about your debts, merged monies, intimacies, sex, inheritance, life and death situations or situations that feel like life and death - how can something here be handled more responsibly?

LEO rising - gets a challenging opposition - this is about your partnerships/partner/contracts, other people - this is likely something they are dealing with and you are dealing with this through them

VIRGO rising - this is about your health (maybe work, pets) - TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF - this is about being responsible/healthy with your day-to-day routine

LIBRA rising - gets a supportive air trine - this is about your children, creative projects, what you are giving birth to, your heart's desire, your physical heart, romance

SCORPIO rising - gets a challenging square - this is about your family/home, your foundation, your roots, the South Node is in your sign - you are undergoing a very personal transformation

SAGITTARIUS rising this is about your agreements, words, contracts, conversations, ideas, your mental constructs, communications, be responsible with your words

CAPRICORN rising - this is about your money, your resources - big financial transactions happening, be responsible with your money/resources, how are things lining up with your values

AQUARIUS rising - this is about your physical self, your brand, the way you present yourself in the world, take responsibility for the energy/presence you carry

PISCES rising - this is about the past, karmic knots that Cappy people/situations are helping untangle very old knots - this is a cliche I do not like, but know "whatever is happening is happening for a reason" you probably can't see because it is behind you, respond with your highest self, forgive, have compassion

I hope something here is helpful.
